This salon in Walmart in setauket New York should be shut down. The couple that owns and runs this place are extremely rude and unprofessional. My daughters left with shooting pain in their fingers. The owners are not friendly, and there is absolutely no spa or salon vibe at all. Advertise that they accept walk ins and they chose who they will extend that courtesy to based upon how they are feeling that day. They turned away my two daughters from getting their nails done because we were five minutes late for their appointment due to traffic. The male owners lied and said there was another appointment he replaced ours with, yet we left the store thirty minutes later and there was absolutely no customers in the salon. Listen to the bad reviews here ladies.. they are genuinely the truth. Considering the fact that getting your nails done is a luxury not a necessity this couple should be aware that they are a dime a dozen and that what puts salons ahead of the rest is how you treat people. Take your business elsewhere.

Hilary refused to take a customer who is physically challenged because it is too difficult. Tony has difficulty seeing and cuts the customer often. They even have the nerve to tell me how much to tip them!

Went there for a refill and I called. Noone said that there was just one person. Coming from west of suffolk. 25 minute drive get here for the lady to say come back in an hour are you frkn serious no thank you. I'll go else where.

They usually overprice but I went yesterday and they charged me for the acrylic full set - $35 then a extra 20$ for the gel, $5 for the length, and then I was FORCED to buy the bag that comes with the buffer and nail filer. I tipped him another $5 so that all came to $70. He was rude during the service, telling me to put my phone away and almost seemed extremely aggravated. Towards the end he was really nice but the price bothered me bad and I would’ve left if he didn’t already start :/ not my salon I would go to, but since they are open late I went, my nails came out awesome but the price got me really upset.Service: Acrylic nails

I love Regal Nail Salon & Spa the way they take the time to care for you as a customer. They are friendly. Clean. Everytime I go it is a wonderful experience. My nails always look great!!!

They have a huge sign on the wall that has the prices. Below there is a super small sign that you can't see when you're sitting saying that these are not the regular prices. They charged me $52 for very thick nails that I was not happy at all. The same job they did for me and more delicate and beautiful, I get it done elsewhere for $32. On top of that, it took an hour and 20 minutes just doing my fingernails, I was supposed to do my feet and I decided it was better not to do it. ???? I wouldn't go back.

Plus a bag with a file and a buffet for 2 dollars. Disks for covic 19 52 $
On top of that they ask me for tips

The owner is a hard working husband who is very strict when it comes to keeping your appointment times due to efficiency, but I love them, great work, especially eyebrows!!
