The only store around that had the product that was looking for and they even stayed open late and waited for me to get there

Ace hardware is still old school you can ask a question about a project you want to do and somebody in the store will have an answer.. not like home Depot,, Lowe's or Walmart etc..

Convenient. Pricier than Home Depot, of course. But you can find interesting hardware and hardware-like things here. Toys too. No power tools though...
