Not a fan I've gone thru a couple times and even bought a month but my rims are never clean, and like the bottom foot of my car still has all the dirt and mud marks just doesn't do a great job.

Possibly it was because my car was so dirty... but when I left here most of the car was shiny but there was a few streaks. It wasn't to bad tho.

I wish you'd have more than one person pre-spraying the cars. They only spray one side of the cars while 2 other people just stand around and watch.
And we all know the automatic car washes don't clean as well as they could, so the pre-wash DOES make a difference.

Went through the touch-free wash. Undercarriage rinse did not even go off. The rinse barely squirted. The car is still dirty.

While vacationing in the Finger Lakes area, my car became filthy. We found this carwash while in the Seneca Falls area so we stopped in for a self wash. While there, I spoke with Rob, the manager, and he gave me some great tips, including spraying the brush to clean it of dirt and debris prior to using the brush to scrub the heavy stuff off of my car (so the car's paint wouldn't get damaged). The area was busy, however, I was able to get in and out quickly. From what I could tell, it was a safe location - I certainly had no issues and if you are in the area & in need of a car wash, this place is recommended (by me).

NO CHANGE! DISPENSE ERROR! THEN we went in and the machine hit my daughters car!! THEN the guy tells us to go thru the tunnel and he will put it as TOUCHLESS-IT WAS NOT AND KNOCKED the mirror out!! the guy was nice the female WAS NOT!!!! ASKED FOR COMPLETE REFUND because car was still DIRTY!! SHE SAID NO!!! NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN!!

I went there on a Saturday and they said they were running a special that say. I ordered the 15 package and they said if I pay 16 and some change they I would get free carwashes for a month. I said that sounds good. I paid the 16 and some change. A month later they took out over 40 from my account. Not once did they say you have to pay 40 every month. I am turning them into the BBB and reporting them as fraud to my bank. Very sneak company. I do not recommend them.

It's very nice and I truly love it. However, it took my cash and the dispenser wouldn't give me the cash back I was owed. Receipt stated dispenser error and to call. I called and was told someone would call me back and no one did and is been a week now. So no call back and no change. As much as I like it, I probably won't go back because of this. Poor service follow up.
