Couldn't put no stars. Emailed in April when they called me back the said May or June as they start in guilderland and the price was based off of last year's supplier pricing. Called in early July to find status was told that Thursday they would be here. 3 Thursdays later they are a no call no show. Wanted to support the local guy that got the bad end from the town. Not no more, go somewhere else.

We've been getting our driveway sealed by Empire for ten years now and are extremely happy with their work. They edge, blow the driveway clean, fill cracks, and then seal. If our driveway doesn't need sealing they will only fill any cracks and be on their way. After the first two years we've had a seal every other year. Yes, they are busy, but we have a durable and solid driveway surface in return.

They did a great job on my driveway! I requested an estimate, heard back the next day. Needed to reschedule due to weather- the communication was great and they rescheduled to come the following day. Very neat work, cleaned/trim grass around driveway, did a wonderful job. Driveway looks awesome! Very pleased with their work, will definitely use again in the future!

Nick and his team did a nice job sealcoating our driveway. They showed up when they said they would, they were clean and quick, and left the driveway looking brand new. Also very reasonably priced! We'll definitely have them fill in the cracks and sealcoat our driveway every time there's a need in the future.

They are super busy and go by location so you will have to wait untill they get to your location.But they take there time and do it right.this is my 2nd time using them.$100 for driveway plus $50 for 50 feet of cracks to fill.

I rented space from them for over a year to park my car (Village of Scotia does not allow parking on their streets at night). The lot was secure, very good location, and the owners are extremely nice people!!

We called to get our driveway sealed back in April. They put us on the list and told us when they start in May we'll be at the top. We have called multiple times since - it's now JULY and we are still waiting. When we called in early June they told us they actually seal according to location (new information to us) and when they start Albany we are, again, at top of the list. We tried one more time today to follow up and they asked if they could call us back and then nothing! We're now calling someone else. Terrible terrible customer service.
