They are way over-priced, when trying to close out your account they give you no access to the dumpster on the property without charging an additional $75.00 charge, they change your access code without letting you know. Also they stated that we needed to sign a new lease agreement of which we didn't sign due to closing the unit but yet they want to try to keep charging us for things. Awful, awful, awful

Never had any problem since I originally rented unit in10/22. Folks who run the company and employees are on the ball. If you have question they have answers. Make sure you pay your rental fees on time. Or don't complain.

Chris had help me today get my storage unit, he made it absolutely seamless and within 10 minutes..highly recommend the storage unit!!

This location( Von Roll Drive in Rotterdam )is awful....Not only did my unit get broken into but the "Store Manager" at the time waited 3 days until the weekend guy came in and left a note for him to notify me about my lock being cut and my unit broken into. Then when I asked for the info on how to make a report to the insurance company(that they make you pay for) no one had any clue on what to do. The equipment they had did not have cameras facing anything but the very front of the office,The gate and pin machine did not keep record of who accessed the property or entered the gate. So needless to say we have no clue who broke into my(and others)locked unit. I have asked multiple times for the corporate manager to call me and have never received a phone call. People are LIVING (yes I said living) inside of the units. When I cancelled my unit (after 4 years of paying ON TIME) the message that was given to said person working was never communicated to others so unit was never cancelled and was charged for all sorts of ridiculous fees. Also I didn't find out I was still being charged monthly along with late fees and auction fees(fees to auction off my empty unit) and whatever other fees they could make up until it was up to a crazy amount and put into a collection. At that time I was sent a notice. Went to talk to said person working and was told that emails and phone calls were sent to me. I received no such email,phone call or text nothing at all. So after 4 years of paying on time no such help was given to me for being charged all types of fees when unit should of been cancelled and zero balance (actually they should of owed ME money back). When in need of a storage unit again I will be using a new company even if that means I have to drive out of the way or pay more( even tho they charge the most around here then any other company does). I could write a book about the many many problems with this place. STILL WAITING FOR MANAGER NOT STORE EMPLOYEE OR STORE SUPERVISOR THE ACTUAL COMPANY MANAGER TO CALL ME!

The place is terrible. No camera system to see if your stuff gets stolen. Had to move out 3 days after my storage was due and they wanted me to pay the whole month. No exceptions. They don't care people have issues but they don't care. So never again I would not recommend this place

Prices constantly go up with barely any notice given. One person working at a time, so it's hard to get a hold of anyone. The storage units themselves are terribly maintained, found multiple dead mice in our things, and droppings every where. I'd avoid using this storage facility. I'm also only leaving this review because since I've left, they haven't stopped sending me survey information, email, calling, texting.

This is absolutely the best experience at storage place I've ever had. The guy Chris younger kid long hair he handled every needed I had and made sure I got the proper unit without being overcharged. He did the best he could for me and I appreciate it. This place is a guaranteed Great experience
