Picking up the truck was fine. Dropping it off was not. Nobody mentioned that they close at 5:00pm on Sundays so when i dropped off the truck by 530 nobody was there and we were also not told we’d have to do a self drop off online process. We get there on time but with having to download the app, self inspect the truck, take pictures to show no damage, gas/milage check .. it was well past 530… hopefully they won’t charge a late fee

I've rented a truck here twice and both times the service was solid. The line was slow but the reps were friendly and professional, just maybe need another person. I returned after hours too with no issues.

Worse place to ever get a U-Haul, picked up my rental and was told to pull my car in the place that I picked up my rental. Driving down the highway had to pull over because the hood of the truck was never closed properly. When I went back to drop off the U-Haul that night my car had been towed. So not only did I have to pay for gas twice but extra miles as well as my car getting towed... Something that should have cost me $200.00 cost me $500.00. Never again. And when I called them to find out what happened to my personal vehicle, the employee that I spoke to told me he wasn't there when this all happened, which was a lie, he was and didn't wanna own up to what they did to me

The main issue was with the online process. You go through everything, go to pick up the truck, check in and then it doesn't indicate what truck, no license plate, no truck number and you have to go inside to get the key anyway. I had to repeat some of the check in/application to rent with the person inside after already doing it with online procedure. The online process needs work to be more helpful over inside check in.

Very prompt and courteous service at 7 a.m. for a scheduled pickup. Equally courteous service 12 hrs later dropping the truck off right before closing. Check out was very fast. I would definitely use their service again.

Horrible customer service. Refused to give our cash deposit balance to us when we returned the truck because "they counted their register already" and they were closing in 15 minutes. Now, 3 weeks later, still waiting for corporate to issue our money electronically. I will be using Penske or Ryder from now on. This hassle just isn't worth saving 20 or 30 bucks.

This is a huge uhaul so they have all sizes and shapes in stock plus all your moving needs like boxes, dollies, etc. However, they no longer install hitches.

Worst experience renting a cargo can ever. It took half an hour to check in. Then the key didnt work. Then they had to switch the vehicle. The employees all seemed lost. Awful
