We rented a unit here to store things from my dad's house after he passed away, and I couldn't have been happier with the experience. Brian is wonderful and easy to work with, the unit was extremely clean, and the location was really convenient. The cost was also very reasonable. We left things there from November to June and after moving things out yesterday we didn't see even a hint of water damage or pests. Highly recommend!

The owner of this facility, Brian is one of the nicest people I've met in Scotia. As my neighbor, he has helped me out multiple times during big snowstorms, even though he is out plowing the lot all day to keep acess for his customers. I would highly recommend this place over a chain storage facility! They also recently installed solar panels on most of the units, ecofriendly!
