If you want zero results ring these amateur circus monkeys.The ' technician ' ( what an absolute joke , totally unprofessional) rings me saying he will be 30 - 35 minutes late, I said that's fine come around the back ground floor .I missed calls, and rang this person only to tell me he's moved onto next costumer,So if you want your morning wasted ring these fools , I want to give ZERO stars.

A hidden gem in downtown Schenectady. I have used five star cleaners on various occasions. They have assisted me with everything from dry cleaning suits to getting mud stains out of comforters from my dogs. They have quick turn around times and are very affordable. I highly recommend checking them out if you ever need anything dry cleaned. They also do a great job with wedding dresses and preservation.

As a bridesmaid there was a mishap with my dress, water seeped from the bottom of my dress cover bag. The moisture absorbed it and created a stain. The wedding was the next day and other cleaners were either not available or they did not get back to me. The 5 star cleaners were quick, hospitable, kind, and giving. I was able to pick up my dress which was 5 mins from the hotel I was staying at. It was ready the very next day and early too! BEST cleaners I’ve ever used. Satisfaction is guaranteed. If you need a do over, they are the people to use.

Fantastic service. It was late in the day and my suit was wrinkled from flying in town and needed it quickly pressed for a wedding, I was turned down by several cleaners and decided to give them a call. Best decision I’ve made! Quick and efficient and very welcoming.
