The gentlemen working in the service department lack professionalism, social decorum, and respect for their customers. Every time I speak with the employees inside the service office I am met with hostility and made to feel stupid. They interrupt customers when speaking and belittle during conversation. I’ve been sitting in the lobby for over two hours waiting for my loaner car and have witness the gentleman talking poorly of customers that have just left while other customers are within earshot. If you expect respect and professionalism this is not the place to go.

Terrible. I'm frankly disgusted with the lack of professionalism, civility and respectability. They only care about your money - forget if you've been a loyal customer for 10+ years. Back in June, I took the car in for service and spent a bit over $2,000.00. Less than 10 minutes after leaving the lot, my car is smoking and leaking everywhere. I take it back to the shop (mind you, they wanted ME to pay for the tow) and they conveniently let me know that I needed to pay an ADDITIONAL $5,000.00 for the car to drive (the previous repair was in the engine. Not sure how they missed BOTH TURBOS being shot, but whatever). Since JUNE I've been trying to talk to someone about selling the car or even needing it to be towed to a scrap yard. It's been a nonstop cat and mouse chase and I've finally had enough. From the sales agents assuring me that "they'll talk to someone" or "they'll call me tomorrow". I've been calling this center every week for three months (not to mentioned I tried calling this morning, which someone lovingly picked up, THEN hung up). Long story short, they only care about your money and nothing else. Even if you've thrown all of your money at them before, forget it. They'll ghost you once you and your car can't shell out any more money. I'm hoping this review finally reaches someone and they reach out to me.
Leaving one star because I can't leave zero.

Yesterday, we came to this dealership with my family in hopes of finding the perfect Bronco for my sister who is graduating from college soon. However, upon entering this Ford, we were not greeted or acknowledged, mind you there were 3 older white men sitting at their seats. We were walking around the store just to look at what the store has and waiting to be seated at least. My parents even got a cup of water within this time frame and walked around looking at the cars and still, no acknowledgment. Finally, my sister said hi to a man sitting at his seat and he rudely ignored her and pretended she did not exist. Now you may ask why we stayed for so long with the blatant disrespect in our faces, but we were just looking to buy a car for my sister so this kind of treatment baffled us and was something we would never have expected as we have been long time customers of Ford. How we look should never be a reason to look down upon anyone or not attend to them if they are clearly trying to buy a vehicle from your brand. This was honestly such a disheartening experience and it's safe to say that this location is not where anyone who isn't white should go. After like 5 mins of this treatment, we headed to the Yonkers location and were welcomed with wonderful customer service/support. Thank you to anyone who read this and shame on Scarsdale Ford.
