This pharmacy is always a hassle to deal with. Years ago, I used them for all of my family's prescription needs. The constant delays in fulfilling routine prescriptions, lack of communication as well as no semblance of customer service, prompted me to look for a new pharmacy. The last few years of not dealing with them made me forget just how incompetent they are. Lo and behold, my current pharmacy was out of a prescription. So, I tried to get it filled at Walgreens. That was a mistake. A few minutes on the phone with one of their pharmacists reminded me of why I left them a few years ago. My recommendation... stay away from this Walgreens. They are the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with.

I have been using this pharmacy for a long time. The staff is really helpful in answering any questions and they are friendly as well. I feel bad because it seems like they may be understaffed. Still, I’ve had a great experience with this pharmacy compared to others in the area.

Dropped off two disposable cameras to get important photos. They only developed one and camera and couldnt explain where are other cameras photos went. They delivered us an empty envelope and tried charging us for it. Don’t go here, no one knows what they are doing

This is the worst pharmacy ever. I recently went on a new medication that is both time sensitive and stressful, and the pharmacists at this Walgreens could not have been more rude and less helpful. The first time I went, the pharmacist gave me the wrong medication, one intended for an entirely different human. When I went back to question it, they gave me such a hard time about my actual prescription, and implied that I didn't look as if I could afford the copay for the medication? Strange and rude. Finally, my doctor called and straightened it out and I was able to get my prescription two days later. The red flags don't end there though. On the second month of my prescription the pharmacy kept giving me and my doctor a hard time about the dosage I needed. That their supplier "might not have it" ? I got a call from them yesterday ASSURING ME that it would be ready for me today (the last day I could take it before having to restart the medication entirely), and when I went to pick it up they were so unbelievably rude and unhelpful. The pharmacist told me that HE messed up, that he didn't see the mg amount changed, and that he didn't change the order, so the correct amount wouldn't get here in time. He told me another Walgreens has the correct mg, but that he can't transfer the prescription, then told me they had a different dosage, but that he couldn't give it to me. Useless options. All the while, the female pharmacist just stands in the back listening to the nonsensical word salad that this pharmacist is telling me and doesn't even have the decency to look me in the eye while yelling "there's nothing we can do. You'll have to wait till Monday." While she typed. I'm so upset with the way I've been treated here. Between the lack of people skills and lack of urgency, I wouldn't go to this pharmacy for a band-aid.

Terrible customer service!!!! No communications with patients at all!!!! Broke my ankle and for no reason whatsoever they cancelled my pain medication (which was not controlled substance)!!! And then closed for Memorial Day!!! And don’t let me start on last year when I had two major back surgeries and my doctor was experimenting with different medications and treatment and the pharmacist named Erin Athearn and another Asian pharmacis who works there, gave me such a heard time, almost treating me like a junkie!!! Terrible, terrible, terrible!!!!!!!P.S……. (05/02/23) I was given the wrong medicine, that belonged from the Dr. I never heard off. If that’s not a wrong and very dangerous situation, I don’t know what!!!!!

I go to Walgreens several times a week I take a lot of medications. Thier is a young man in the pharmacy I believe his name is Brody that provides professional, considerate, and patient customer service everytime I go and he always has a smile .I know it is very difficult to deal with people but he seems to always be up to the challenge.this young man should be giving customer service classes in corporate he is a asset to the Walgreen pharmacy thank you Brody for your excellent service you are appreciated.

After 4 hours the pharmacy still needed more time to provide a Z-pac. Told me to cone back in a few minutes. So I came back in 10 minutes and they closed for their lunch. Seriously? They are the absolute worst!

I go to Walgreens a few time's a month, mostly to the pharmacy. They are very kind, no me by name, and always have my medicine, even if they are out of my medicine they usually have a few to get me threw a few days. But it only take's 1 day if they need to order it. They store is also nice, and with coupons and points some items are cheaper. 5 star's

If your insurance company associates with rite aid please just go there. Walgreens tends to hire nasty and inpatient pharmacists who have zero professional experience with customers of all sorts of personalities. Rite aid pharmacists will take care of you with respect they are sweet and very understanding Walgreens doesn't look for that when hiring.

If I could give the pharmacy negative stars I would. The employees at the counter are extremely rude to customers and the management allows it. My nearly 80 year old mother had an issue when she went to get her booster shot yesterday because she put her insurance card on the counter when asked for it; she was told by the employee if you have an attitude I'm not waiting on you. This is how employees are allowed to speak to customers? Time for a new pharmacy - CVS here we come!!
