I’ve shopped at this DG numerous times but today was my last day of waking into this place. Just stopped to use the bathroom and the “lady” checking out told me that unless I was buying something I couldn’t use the restroom. I told her I’ve shopped there since it opened. NOPE. Guess what lady you can have your dollar store. You must be a sad mean person. Have funLiving your best DG life.

Closed Registers over 15 minutes earlier than close. Should change their hours to reflect that no shopping is allowed at the store after 8:40pm. Especially when it is one of few stores that are open in the area. Items usually out of stock or all over floors not on shelves. After today I will drive to Dundee or painted post next time just to avoid this dollar general.

I am out of town. I come here all the time. Clean store and the staff and workers are always very nice. The shelves are always stocked.

Stopped in to get a bag of ice but couldn't find anyone to help. Waited at the checkout for 10 minutes and still no one! Went as far as to shout out for help and no one showed. Finally gave up and left. Went over to the gas station instead. No waiting there! Won't stop here again!

I purchased a 3 piece set for a keyboard... As I got home I found out the keyboard was missing from the package.. I took it back to get it exchanged. The cashier never gave my my receipt. Not only that the money was never put back on my card... I returned the next day to talk to the manager. She was rude and looked at me when I was d*** when I showed her my receipt on my phone.... She told me there was nothing they could do and to talk to the cashier who messed up my purchase.. so now I'm out of 30 dollars. The manager said there was nothing they could do.... Very rude employees.. I have no pending transactions on my account so the money was never refunded. So I guess it's okay to just steal my money. They wouldn't even exchange for a cheaper product. So I walked out empty handed and no help to understanding what's going on.. very poor customer service. I'll never return to this dollar general again... They wouldn't even help me with what was going on nor did they help me look up the item that was messed up.. unbelievable...

Very good people. Our car had some trouble, while we were fixing it at their parking lot, the owner of the store came with his son to offer help. Kindness must spread. And my husband and i would like to thank them for their generosity and offering help going out of their way. Thank you ?

There are some really great employees here with the exception of the manager. She doesn’t like couponers. There had been times that she has followed us around the store and I feel like a criminal. I simply was digging through clearance bins. I love going here but if the manager is working I will not shop here, I would rather drive 100 miles away to another dollar general.
