New landlord Amanda Culleton stole something from my daughters apartment she was clearing out. It was my 3 year old grandsons piggy bank. My daughter left messages to finish cleaning out the place. No response from the thief landlord.

If I could give zero stars I wouldthey randomly put a collection on my credit report for some reason unknown only to them.....and will not return my phone calls!!!!

Great place… clean and convenient. Cheryl (the manager) was absolutely fantastic… she stayed past her time to accommodate us in getting set up and was still very friendly and professional. EXCELLENT!!!

If you are looking for the bottom feeders of the earth you are in the right place. I got sick could not pay my bill my storage was auctioned off a month into this pandemic. I was fine with that but to find the balance of the bill on my credit report was insult to injury. In my opinion you people are ruthless and heartless thank you so much great humans!

This company manages multiple storage facilities. Over two weeks ago I emailed and faxed them a concern with one of their self storage properties. I have yet to hear back from anyone. This is poor customer service at a corporate level. I
