Bought a brand new scag from pat, and the service was amazing, picked it up today and while unloading the scag wouldn’t start, I contacted pat and he had some one out within an hour, turns out the battery needed to be replaced they were very prompt and speedy replaced the battery at my house and got me up and running! Amazing service 10/10

Don in the parts department was very helpful and thorough in finding the lawn mower tires I needed. He was very patient with me and I would do business again with Reardon and Briggs in a heartbeat for any of my landscape equipment needs.

All of these reviews are of some homeowner picking up unsubstantial items they could have gotten on amazon or home depot. I had my tractor serviced and have had a very different experience entirely. For starters they are 6 months behind in servicing anyone because they have one mechanic someone quit and they don't see a need to replace them. I called in October and I just got a call last week. It has been 4 months. They picked up the machine for service. They informed me the tie rods were broken and it would be 1200 more. I said thats fine proceed. A day later they called me and said another part was broken its 300 and an hour labor. I agreed again. My bill came to 14 hours of labor. The tune up of the entire machine and all its systems was 4. The tie rods and housing were ten? I find out later they had the new helper that is in training working on my machine. The extra part I had to pay for is clearly something they broke while taking it apart which is why I didn't hear about it until the next day. I have tried to find where replacing tie rods is over three hours but cannot. When I asked the technician why so long he responded that well we had to wait for the parts? Was I paying for labor while we waited? My tractor isn't practice for your trainee. How dare you. Worse experience ever. If you are lonely and you want to chat up an old man at the tractor store well then yes this would be the place to go. It's that nice country feel. When I asked the owner why did I have to wait 4 months to get the machine in, his response was well I waited a month and a half for an oral surgeon! Poor dear, you can go to someone else, I needed a kubota dealer and did t really have a choice. Not to mention hey that's your mouth that is disgusting go to the doctor for the love of God. Its that backwoods country bumkin mentality that makes this a dying business. Shame on you. Shame on this. No excuse for a business. 14 hours labor?

Great service ! Pat and Rick are always very helpful. They sold me a snowblower 10 years ago and since I am not very handy with things they always pick it up, service it, and drop it back at my home. Great team!

Cannot recommend Reardon Briggs enough. We have purchased both our zero turn mower and now a Kubota tractor from them. Rick is absolutely phenomenal. He’s always so generous with his time and will answer any questions you have to ensure that you are getting the best product for your wants/needs. These guys are true professionals at customer service and will take great care of you as soon as you walk in the store. Friendly, reliable, and trustworthy. Absolutely the place you want to go for your next power equipment purchase!

When the motor in my Echo chainsaw blew up I was happy to find out I had an authorized repair shop nearby. This place does a ton of business, so don't expect things to be turned around in a day or get an immediate call back, but more importantly, here's what I did like:1) These guys know what they are doing. After speaking to Tom for a few minutes I was convinced he would either fix the problem or get me as much as he could through the Echo warranty. It took him all of about three minutes to figure out what was wrong and gave me a realistic estimate on how long it would be until I got my saw back.2) Everyone I spoke to was helpful and willing to do a little extra to get me what I needed. It took nearly a month from start to finish to resolve everything and get the saw replaced, but in the end I left happy. Would definitely recommend this place if you have repair needs.

Udate 4/26/23It seems I must have caught them on a bad day during my first visit (it was a Saturday) because they've been top-notch since then.I appreciate the owner personally reaching out to me after my initial experience to apologize and offer a resolution.I will certainly be glad to use them again in the future!Update: (4/17/23 raised rating)After my initial lackluster experience (see below), I was taken care of today for my chainsaw and was able to purchase a new blade for my weed whacker, which they installed on the spot.So far, they have improved my impression significantly from what it was initially.I'll have further input after my chainsaw repairs are completed.Initial Review:I'm new to town and stopped in today to see if I could get help with my Husqvarna saw. I had stopped by earlier to look at a backhoe loader and was hoping their service department might work on my chainsaw that has a loose screw.I asked the lady at the desk if they provided chainsaw service for equipment not sold there. After asking for the make, she said they do service Husqvarna saws. I asked how to accomplish that, and she said to take it around the corner into the shop to the service department.I followed her instructions and ended up in a shop full of equipment, but devoid of people or signage as to where to find someone. I milled about poking my head around corners for a few minutes before returning to the desk (for the 3rd time) to ask again where I was to go to get service. I returned to the shop area, where I waited again, repeatedly looking for anyone to help me. No luck. I left after getting no help.
