“One of the best shopping experiences I've ever had. Friendly and knowledgable sales staff. I purchased some R11 insulation at the lumber desk along with a few other items. Drove around back to one of the bays, and they loaded the insulation into my car. Seamless and stress free. Thank you for understanding that customer service matters. Also great lighting made me feel less anxious. I hate the big box stores and now I can avoid them. Well worth driving out of your way for this kind of care.”

When I used to go the big box stores, it was often hard to find a staffer who would correctly answer my questions so I was sometimes sent home with the wrong product. At Williams, it's easy to find a staff person, they focus on and understand my questions and take time to explain well, and I always leave with the right item for the job and feeling much more confident about it. The store also has lots of cool useful things I hadn't come in looking for but am glad I found in addition to finding the thing I need. “Like most consumers I normally write reviews when I have an unpleasant encounter and I must say normally in home depot I have only unpleasant encounters. Today was the surprise exception to that rule. I was searching for a replacement rug for my mother who had just lost her dog. In the rug section the employee who assisted us was Angelique M. She was both knowledgeable and helpful but more importantly she compassionate when dealing with my mom having learned about her recent loss. Somehow the shopping experience I was dreading... got turned around. Angie took the time with me and my mom that we needed. As a business person, I know how difficult it is to find a strong customer facing employee with these qualities. Perhaps next time I have to choose where to go home depot will be my first choice rather than my usual last resort...”

“Bought a brand new scag from pat, and the service was amazing, picked it up today and while unloading the scag wouldn’t start, I contacted pat and he had some one out within an hour, turns out the battery needed to be replaced they were very prompt and speedy replaced the battery at my house and got me up and running! Amazing service 10/10”
