During the covid-19 shutdown, I ordered the Bowie Chewing tobacco for my father. As the image shows, it had a buy one get one promotion going on. Due to shipping costs, and not knowing how long the covid stay-at-home would last, I bought two carton's expecting at least one, if not two, free carton(s). I received only two cartons... for $97. I called to find out where the promotional "free" cartons were. I was told that only applied to bags not cartons.The person I spoke to was very nice, understood my frustration and said she'd talk to her manager, who wouldn't be in until the next day. I would be contacted... I'm still waiting. In short, don't do business with this company; their shipping is expensive and they do not honor their promotions.

This website is a fraud, do not order from here. They charged my credit card, and sent me an email saying my order was shipped USPS priority. After about two weeks I started sending emails asking for a tracking number and inquiring about my delivery? I made several email attempts with no reply. I also tried calling, got voicemail, and left a message for call back. No call back. Absolutely do not purchase anything from this site , it is a complete fraud. I made my order 3/30/2020 and today is 4/20/2020, still no attempt to get ahold of me.
