Not sure of Dr Rizzo but the receptionist needs to be fired.. The most rude receptionist I've ever dealt with. If he has an awful staff like that then it makes him look bad. Obviously it isn't just me after looking at other reviews they hang up on other people. Stay away from them

I have been patient of Dr Rizzo for years. I find him , PAs and staff very competent, also very helpful and pleasant. Yes at times a long wait, but do you want him to rush with your health problems, diagnoses. Just about any Dr ( or other appointments ) you go to have long wait at times, things do come up to slow things... read full comment
