Lorena is amazing. Our french bulldog has a bit of anxiety, so I was a bit nervous the first time we brought her. When I picked Lilly up, she was so happy and was comfortable in Lorena's arms. Lilly also looked and smelled fabulous.

Awesome place- I’ve been taking my two cotons de tulears to Lorena’s for a few years and she does an outstanding job with them. I wouldn’t think of ever going anywhere else. Excellent place, very clean, Lorena is consistently patient with the dogs, grooms all dogs right in the open, the process is very visible and transparent, which I also appreciate. Always very polite and very accommodating.Update- My review above was from two years ago. Lorena is still my groomer and I can’t thank her enough for always taking such great care when dealing with my pups. I work in NY and FL and as such, I am traveling quite a lot, my dogs can sometimes go a bit too long between cuts- but Lorena goes above and beyond to accommodate my crazy schedule and make them look their best, even when sometimes I’m sure it’s a challenge! Always a pleasure taking them here.I will add- I remember years ago taking them once or twice to another groomer in the area- when we walked in, they both had their tails between their legs and were clearly frightened. I will never know why they felt this way only upon entering- but I do know that now, even the mention of a hair cut to these little furry rascals, gets their tails wagging and gets them jumping for their leashes. They LOVE Lorena and they LOVE going for their grooming. THAT speaks volumes in my book!Thank you Lorena for always and consistently being fabulous. Xo-Sarah

I highly recommend Lorena’s Pet Spa. My pup Baci is a groomer’s dream dog. He’s very well behaved. He’s also a groomer’s challenge because he has curly hair prone to matting. Lorena and her team use care and patience during the grooming process. Baci is transformed from an adorable shaggy mess to a handsome, healthy and happy labradoodle. I am grateful to Lorena and her team.

After reading all the great reviews we decided to bring our standard poodle here for the first time today. Lorena was professional, caring and fast! Our previous groomer would usually have our dog for 4-5 hours (long days for him). All I have to say is he looks and smells great! We have definitely officially switched our groomer! Thank you ?

this is the best groomer in the world hands-down. I have a really difficult dog he was a rescue he has massive anxiety getting groomed is one of the worst experiences for him ever. I have never met somebody as patient as all of the workers at Lorenas. My little boy can get a little bit nasty And they are just amazing with him. He really is the sweetest little boy but grooming is traumatic for him.

Have an almost 10 year old pomeranian that has NEVER been to a groomer. Loren did a great job! Looking forward to going back to keep her looking sharp!

My dogs LOVEEEEEEE Lorena!!!!!! She is amazing!!!!!! They get so excited and start wagging their tails when I see we are going to see Lorena! She is an angel! So calm and beautiful energy! She makes us feel so comfortable!!!! Highly recommend!!!!!!!!!!!

Lorena's Happy Tails is by far the best Groomerie I have been to. I have 2 tiny Maltese with very different hair. 1 of them gets matted very easily. I love how her studio is set up so you can view everything that happens with the dogs.
