I just purchased a Lexus from here, Marc Cruz helped me and I couldn’t have asked for a better person! He is very professional, handled everything in a timely manner. Very patient with me due to it was my first car I purchased. Made me feel comfortable and showed me everything I needed to know. If I had to go back I will be going back to Marc. Thank you!

DO NOT BUY AND TRUST LEXUS CERTIFIED VEHICLES, I PURCHASED 2019 ES 350 CERTIFIED. AND THIS CAR HAVE SOME SUSPENSION ISSUE. AND ONE TIRE WEAR UNEVEN. I WENT BACK TO THEM 3 TIMES AND I CHANGED ALL 4 NEW TORES AND AFTER 6 MONTHS ONE TIRE START MAKING NOISE AND UNEVEN WEAR. THESE LEXUS TECHNICIANS WERE UNABLE TO FINE THE PROBLEM. OR THEY DO NOT WANTS TO FIND AND FIX FOR FREE. BECAUSE OF UNLIMITED MILES WARRANTY. BELIEVE ME CARAVANA CERTIFIED CARS ARE WAY BETTER THAN LEXUS CERTIFIED. I BOUGHT 2 CARS FROM CARAVANA NAD THEY WERE 100% BETTER THAN LEXUS DEALERS. I WONT EVER BUY FROM LEXUS DEALERS EVER AGAIN

We've been buying and servicing our cars here for many years. The staff and service department (Dan) are always exceptional!!!With our most recent purchase we had a young salesman who was just OUTSTANDING! Justin was simply put an exceptional guy from start to finish! Having been at the Senior Sales level my entire career with being acknowledged for sales excellence, I can say Justin will be your man for your purchases for many years to come. Every person who touched our sale was excellent including Haley who did the Tech walkthrough on the car. Kudos to the Manager who brought these people on board and to Tim who helped finalize things. My first Lexus and best car shopping experience ever. No bargaining back and forth, no unexpected fees when signing. We have the best saleswoman ever: Samantha. She is precise, professional, efficient, knowledgable and understands the need of customers. She is not pushy but instead tries to work with you. We are attracted to Lexus' reliability and parts and service ( loaner car available ) but Samantha got us sold finally. The price she quote was the price we paid. No hidden or extra fee. Nice and simple. Car was ready when we got there. Technician explained the car operation to us patiently. Everyone is knowledgable and all my questions answered. I wish I have come here sooner before all those horrible car shopping experiences in the past! I would recommend Lexus from Smithtown ( expecially Samantha ) to all my friends and church communities. You don't have to buy right away. Just come and talk to Samantha. She is understanding and gives you no pressure. Again, this is our best car shopping experience ever!

They are a pleasure to deal with. From Sales to Service they are great. Shawn was amazing.., not a pushy salesman, just a good guy. Rob was great going through all the features in the car and helping me to set it up. This is my second Lexus and I’m sure it won’t be my last.

Sadly had a horrible experience with Frank. Verbally abusive & shouting at a customer across the showroom is NOT how I do business. I was publicly humiliated by Frank by his shouting & calling me names. Would not recommend this preowned dealership.

Shaun was a great salesman and finishing off with Denise was just the icing on the cake. What a smooth transaction. Wonderful patient personalities . Highly recommend. Rob the technician was very knowledgeable extremely patient as well and offered all answers to any questions we had. I drove an hour to come out to this store , when I have one ten minutes from my house. I would do it over again! Let me also say this is the first car I bought over the phone and thru text messages. the car was delivered I was called and Came in the store at 2pm and was out by 5 pm! Smoothest car transaction ever . They got their stuff together ????

got my brand new car here recently. Fahad is a good dude. took the time to answer questions we had, both over the phone and in person, and was super friendly. he even personally screwed on the front license plate holder. respect. Aaron was also very friendly and took the time to clear up any questions regarding finances. rest of the staff were nice and friendly too! highly recommended. thanks again, guys. cheers! (also free coffee and water at the waiting area)

Rob, the tech specialist was phenomenal! He showed us how to connect everything to our phones and all the features the RX 350 has to offer. He was so kind and patient! Shaun was an excellent sales person. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and not pushy in any way. Everything went smoothly! We recommend Smithtown Lexus!

I took my car here after the attempted swindle for fake repairs determined by Lexus of Manhattan . I didn't trust their "diagnostic" , stating my car needed a brand new harness . Sharkira my advisor was straight to the point , my car was looked over and in a day was told what was wrong , they fixed it in less than a day and I drove my car off . I didn't have to wait endless amount of days like at Lexus of Manhattan and my advisor was professional , she kept me updated with cost and repair transparency which is A+ in my book. My faith in the brand was restored thanks to Lexus of smithtown and I'll be back when I upgrade to a newer model , thanks to all the staff and my service advisor sharkira at Lexus of Smithtown.

Very nice dealership.The employees are very helpful and service is not only quick but efficient as well. Fantastic selection of new and pre-owned cars and SUVs. You never feel like you're at a place where they are only out for your money. Definitely recommend anyone to go there to make a purchase. You will not go wrong or be treated like dirt.?????

Regretfully, Yelp does not allow zero stars. My father has owned beautiful, luxury cars for over 20 years. The worst service he has had, not once, but twice was at this Lexus dealer. When he walked in both times he was COMPLETELY ignored by the sales people. The second time I saw it for myself. We are African American and are suspicious that that has something to do with the terrible service. Anyhoo, Dad took his business to the Lincoln dealership in Bay Shore and got a beautiful Lincoln SUV with stellar, unbiased customer service. If you are person of color, you may want to reconsider giving Lexus of Smithtown your business.

DO NOT GET YOUR "FREE" INSPECTION DONE HERE. They take it as an opportunity to gouge you.I went yesterday for inspection and they were still up to their same old tricks, I refused and they failed the car... Today I went to Mavis and the car passed without incident.Two years ago I went in for a "free" inspection... They came up with so many lies that I took the car elsewhere the car passed in an instant with flying colors... That's when I realized that they use the inspection as an opportunity to scam money from customers. They lure us in with the promise of a free inspection...I purchased my Lexus from the Lexus of Smithtown location a few years ago. I drive to the city everyday for work so I needed a car that passes the "Clean Pass" law so that I could drive in the HOV lane saving me time during rush hour to and from work... This was the primary reason for me purchasing a vehicle at that time. The sales person told me that the Lexus CT had the clean pass... so I went through the process and purchased the car based on what he told me then... Turns out, HE LIED. So I spent $35,000 on a car based on a lie... I sat in traffic for years.Fast forward to August 2021 and the people are still very shady. Being that I purchased the Lexus brand new at Smithtown, they offer free NYS vehicle inspection. I spent $800 on new tires the day before the inspection and had the car pre-inspected at the tire location... they said the car had all its fluids, there were no lights on, all the wipers and other lights that were suppose to be on were and were in good working condition....So off I went to Lexus to get the car officially inspected. I arrive at 7:50am for my 8am appointment. They take the car and I sign a paper at the desk and go sit in the waiting area.Over an hour later, I am still waiting. People that came in after me left before me. To the point where the whole waiting room cleared out and now new people are coming in... I go and ask how much longer and they say not too long... 30 minutes later, I'm still waiting and now the new people that came in left already... finally they call me and start to try and scam me... I believe making me wait that long was a tactic to get me invested in the time I put in so that I agree more readily to the charges they make up..They tell me that my windshield wipers are bad... meanwhile we just had several days of rain and storms and I drove with the wipers just fine. Next they tell me that my license plate bulbs need replacement and that they are "dim"Last, they tell me that NYS law has changed last year (which it did not) and that my window tints are too dark. I know for a fact NYS tint laws were enacted since 1991 and were only amended in 2017 to require that tints be inspected as a part of the overall yearly vehicle inspection process.The sales guy tried to lie to me and tell me that the law changed and that I now had to pay them to remove my tints, THAT THE CAR CAME WITH from THEM! Plus, they aren't even dark! You see right through them! How incredibly dishonest! If that was even true, which I know for a fact it's not, the actual dealership/ maker would be responsible for removing the tints, just as with recalls that no longer meet state or federal laws, especially since I purchased the car brand new from the maker.Luckily I'm very familiar with tint laws because I tinted the heck out of my BMW, so I was able to stop him dead in his lying tracks. I feel so bad for elderly people that come here... These people should really be ashamed of themselves, I'm sure they have quotas to meet but this is stealing, this is thievery. So I tell him to give me my car back. They make me wait an additional 15 minutes to give me my car.When he hands me my key he tells me that I have a $41 bill. I said, no absolutely not! For what??? Making me wait 2 hours to be lied to???Inspections are free...He said yes but you had me fail the vehicle.???? No where does it say you have to pass to get the inspection free...This is really low life behavior...

Had a great experience buying our first Lexus (RX350). Our salesperson Shawn Janusz is an absolute pleasure to work with. He is easy to talk to, knowledgable and accommodating. Pricing/negotiation was straight forward and without trickery. Finance Manager was not overly pushy when selling the usual extended warranty and wheel coverage etc. On delivery, car was waiting for me in the shade to keep cool and the tech specialist did a good job explaining all the features of the car. Overall I am happy with this dealership and would return for future purchase.

As a long-time Lexus owner, I'm very disappointed with the quality of customer service and integrity of this dealership.I wanted to believe this was a one-off situation and the pre-owned L/CERTIFIED car we purchased, which was a lemon, just fell through the gaps and somehow passed the pre-owned certification test.. but after reading through many reviews throughout many different sites, I have come to believe this dealership takes advantage of non-routine or out-of-state customers (maybe just non-regional).. HORRIBLE. This is extremely disappointing and completely un-called for from a luxury vehicle company. The vehicle I purchased was stated to be in excellent condition, but there were many flaws, which should be covered under warranty but took a great deal of back-and-forth before they decided warranty would cover a partial cost of fixing it... from a seatbelt that doesn't retract correctly (causing the door to not close all the way, hitting the seatbelt each time), to "minor" scratches across the bottom of the and the rims of the vehicle... I thought both cosmetics and performance of the vehicle were guaranteed at the time of purchase?? Sooo not worth it if you're trying to buy a vehicle as a one-time customer type of thing, but I suppose if you have the $$$$ to throw around, go forth and get your Lexus here!
