I had a great experience at Audi Smithtown. In fact, I came all the way from brooklyn! Ray Diaz was a delight to work with. I always found car shopping stressful but he put me at ease, was a straight shooter, and did not do the “hard sell” which I so appreciated. I love my Audi q7 and couldn’t be happier. They made the process super easy and straightforward. Thanks so much Ray and Audi Smithtown!

My experience working with Audi of Smithtown, particularly with Raymond Diaz, was exceptional. They made every aspect of selecting and picking up my new car seamless. I had an amazing experience at Audi of Smithtown leasing my new 2024 S5 cabriolet. My salesperson Raymond Diaz, was very down to earth, easy to talk to, patient, knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions. He was never pushy and genuinely wanted to help make it a great experience and made sure I was comfortable and happy at every step. He worked hard to find me my perfect car, and he stayed in touch all along the way.
Daniel Yankov, the sales manager was super friendly and took the time to pull up a chair to talk things over and answer even more questions, and he was very fair when negotiating the deal. When I picked up my car I met with Aaron Trembly, the Finance Manager, and he too was a pleasure to deal with. He went over all of my additional warranty options and took the time to explain the details and cost of each, but there was no hard sell tactics, I always felt very relaxed and comfortable.
On delivery, my S5 was perfectly detailed and again, Raymond went over the car in detail and took the time to explain everything. I wish all other car dealers made leasing a new car this straightforward and easy. I highly recommend Audi of Smithtown and especially Raymond Diaz, he a genuine good, patient and honest guy and I can't recommend him enough and I am a "car" guy that helps friends and family when they go car shopping, so I know a great salesman and dealership when I deal with them.

Just picked up my 2024 Q5 and it’s AMAZING ! What was even more amazing was my salesman, Ray. He took the time to sit with me to make sure I got the best deal possible, which I did. Renee and Tony were beyond helpful and accommodating too ! Thanks everyone!

Even with CMS being down, JD had my vehicle diagnosed, part ordered and installed in <48 hours. The absolute best case scenario other then having the part in stock (unlikely with unique parts)

Purchased a brand new 2024 SQ8. Within couple of days car was making internal rattle noises. Took it in and they said it was normal. It's not normal for $110k car to drive rattle like a 1980 ford. Emailed and sales manager and everyone at the dealership and no one bothered to return my call. Worse dealership. Save your money and go to another dealer.

I swear I must’ve been wearing a clown outfit today. Not only did the manager low ball me on my trade in by 7k but he didn’t budge on the internet price of the 2021 Audi q7 that was going for 47,9 & change. He then hands me a “ dealer invoice” what looks like the work of a 19 year old that just typed it up in excel & only made a profit margin of $500 for himself on a USED car?. who’s the clown here?! I kindly smiled & thanked him for his time & left. I’m 8 months pregnant w/ a two year old just looking to buy another SUV & not looking to sink to the bottom of the sound in debt. He truly wasted my time. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!!!

My review is for the service department! They give you this fake smile the minute you walk in but they just seem annoyed with any questions or concerns! The striking part is they offer very limited loaner cars so very unlikely you will be able to have that set up, and they don’t want you to wait because they have limited space and they don’t offer drop off or pick up! Their idea is we are supposed to drop the car and Uber for the rest of the day?

I originally went to Audi of Smithtown to put in a factory order for an RS3 in the late spring / early summer of 2023. I met Thomas Robbert in sales who was clear in letting me know that there was essentially a waitlist and they couldn’t promise me an allocation at that time. That being said, I put in a small deposit to hold my position and was contacted in October 2023 when an allocation was available for me. *They were the first dealership that I was on a waitlist for that contacted me with an allocation*. I put in an additional deposit to confirm my order and the car was delivered in March of 2024. Throughout the entire process from the initial inquiry through even today after putting 1,000 miles on the car, Thomas has been more than helpful and informative. Even asking me questions I didn’t consider to make sure all my needs and expectations were understood and met. Whenever I reached out, I typically received a very quick response. I did pay a small markup but I knew that it was unavoidable due to the dealership network and inventory on Long Island, NY. New RS3’s are extremely hard to come by in my area. Outside of the markup, I wasn’t aggressively pitched any products that I didn’t already have any interest in (wheel & tire). Aaron in finance was clear and brief so when I picked up the vehicle, our interaction lasted no longer than 10-15 minutes to go over the paperwork and sign. I have dealt with a few dealerships in my life for myself, my wife, as well as a few friends and this process has been a top 2-3 experience. No complaints and definitely recommend if you’re looking to buy a new Audi.

Took my car in for backfiring, fixed the first problem. Week later started backfiring again, upon taking it back in Audi told me basically I need to replace the entire engine for 15,000. I took it to a person who works with German cars in center port called Huntington motors seeing if they can fix whatever is wrong for how much my warranty would cover and upon taking it to Huntington motors, whatever Audi had claimed to have seen in the engine wasn’t the problem at all. All that had to be done was “clean the carbon build up on the intake valves and replace injectors”. Glad I went somewhere else before I junked this perfectly fine car. Will not be coming back to this dealership anymore since the person who looked at my car tried to get me to waste 15 thousand dollars…
