Not very impressed. Went for a manicure and pedicure. My standard pedicure lasted not even 15 minutes. Totally rushed and not even taking the time. My manicure was just as worse. I had to ask to have under my nails to be cleaned, had to ask the technician to wipe off the clear nail polish off my critical and fingers. I guess she was sour because I said no to all the “up sells” because I didnt need them. For the price and how much time was spent I would go somewhere else.

I sat down for a pedicure at 11:50 and by 11:58 Sue was finishing up my pedicure and about to paint my nails which still had some old red polish on them. The most rushed pedicure I’ve ever experienced. No massage, no proper heel buffing, no proper ingrown nail removal even after I asked for this service multiple times. Sandy took over and finished what Sue had started, she was very nice and understanding. I really wanted to love this place but I will not be coming back.

Requested a reflexology massage but was brought to a chair for a chair massage, even though I repeated myself multiple times.The chair was incredibly uncomfortable and may have even made my back and hips feel worse afterwards, as I felt a lot of sudden discomfort walking afterwards.Would strongly encourage they get rid of the massage chair set up in the back as it's not ideal to be seated in for longer than 5 minutes.Was told reflexology massages here were great but disappointed I didn't even receive the intended massage at all.

This salon does not consider cleanliness, people of color, elderly or disabled people. I won’t be going back here after I see how they treat people.Services: Foot massages

Don't walk run to Coco!!!This is an amazing super clean & friendly nail salon.Gina is my nail technician and pays attention to every need.Very attentive!. My recent manicure & pedicure was beyond 5 stars.....If you go ask for Gina. HORRIBLE. I will never go back here again. $50 for a child to get her nails cut & gel polish absurd. And looking at them now they missed the sides (like the full nail not completely polished) and like overly thick (bubble like). HORRIBLE ... 1st and last. Had to go back 1 was crooked and the polish dripped over so had to have them fix it.

Terrible! The front desk lady is super rude. I scheduled mani with my 5 yrs old and had a pedi myself. Asked to do my pedi while my kid wait so we can do mani at the same time, she rudely refused and in a very impolite way said that they cannot accommodate! Leave it alone the fact that the staff are always in rush and most of them do a below average job!

I have been a customer since this salon opened its doors. Sadly, it's been declining over the past few years and the people running the front desk are clueless, often rude and have been making mistakes with scheduling, so when you show up, you've waisted your time as the scheduler has made your appointment for a different day. She doesn't even apologize or try to make it right, she looks you in the eye and blames you for her mistake. This used to be the best Coco spa location.... There's a great manicurist there, which is why I kept coming back but it's just no longer worth it. Very sad really as I used to love this location and have referred family and friends over the years.
