“I've purchased multiple properties and in my experience all these seller's agents are the same. They jack up the price to earn more saying 1000 people who want this house and you got come higher. Well, tbh, Roman did the same thing, but apparently there were 1000 people who really did want this house for some reason, and Roman worked hard to make sure I got this property. In that way, I think, Roman is a rare find. All throughout, he was professional, honest with me and personable; a straight-shooter, yet caring. Like on the day of closing, my wife and I did a walkthrough on an REO purchase and it appeared that there was no running water. I thought they sold me a lemon. Roman put me on a conference call with the Water Authority and another person and himself and was sending someone to the property to make sure the water was on before we finally got it to work. I don't know many realtors that would've gone that far on an "as-is" property. He could of said, "Not my problem," but he didn't. Todd was far and away the best realtor I have come across.We called Todd on a Sunday after seeing a home we really liked, but ours was not on the market yet. He met with us within 2 hours of our call and had our house listed immediately. Todd came up with comps and what I thought to be a high asking price for our home, but thankfully we trusted him-Within days, he had multiple offers above ask.Todd is also extremely prompt, answering calls/texts immediately, and showing up early for showings.Besides all of the above, Todd also goes to bat for you.
