AWFUL SERVICE & RUDE !!
Do not bother to do business with them !
I get out of my car for one second and a man came outside to tell me I cannot park there and a lady behind the window moving her arms and I wasn’t even trying to stay there I had to remove something out of my car truck and I was going to use them for my clothes for dry cleaning but I’ll take my clothes to the next dry cleaner business you’re not the only dry cleaning business here in town DON’T BE RUDE and maybe you’ll have business in town we the public are CUSTOMERS TOO !

This dry cleaners I do not recommend my $2,000 dollars gown was ruined! It was done deliberately! I went back to speak to one of the employees and was told a few different lies. First she had said I pulled it with my evening bag and the best was when she said, I brought it to a different dry cleaners, when on the plastic bag with the paper on top said, Manor on it! I could not believe my ears! I wanted to scream! Horrible! I'm going to make a complaint with the better business bureau.

I was a good customer, spending an average of $100 aweek. I brought I a sheer scarf that cost $300 that I wore once. I got the scarf back with holes everywhere and folded inside on the hanger. When I brought it back the owner said it was a delicate scarf and they can't be responsible. He didn't deny that ruined it. I asked why he didn't say that when I brought it in. He didn't answer. Wish I had known they would not be responsible or say they didn't clean some things. They also lost a skirt of mine over the summer & kept insisting i picked it up. But didn't have anything showing i did.

They asking me to pay in cash. minimum $20 for credit card purchase? I could understand $10 minimum bc there are many businesses set for $10, but I don’t think that $20 is even legal. I told them there is no sign of the minimum payment and he told me back “We don’t put that sign” what kind of business mind is this. I won’t return to this store.

I brought in a pair of my dress slacks to be altered and they did an amazing job and made it the perfect fit for me. Prices were affordable and staff was friendly. I will always bring my alteration work here as they do a great job. Best Tailoring service in NY!!!Service: Alterations

Picked up one of my dresses i had altered here today, the dress fits me perfectly now and looks super chic! They did an excellent job making the dress fit me and give me a slim look. I just got my tuxedo altered earlier today and the tailors did an awesome job! they even pressed it for free i had a wedding coming up and where no where else could, the owner even was able to alter it in a crazy rushed timeframe.
