Ordered a part from the company on October 3rd. They said part would ship out in 5 days. Three weeks goes by and I still don't have the part. I email them, they said they would check and follow up with me - never did. Here it is November 28th and I STILL do not have the part. Very poor customer service - be careful working with this company.
