Excellent service! Had a crank sensor replaced almost a year ago and part failed again ( not their fault) they replaced it in 2 hours after dropping off fully covered under warranty.

If you are looking for a mechanic in the area I'd recommend Hayes Auto Repair. Fair prices, clean work. Can be daunting finding a shop you trust. Also communication about price and when vehicle is ready has been good. They also inspect motorcycle which is plus.

My family and I have been using Hayes Auto Repair since we moved to the area approximately 15 years ago. Bruce and his son are amazing people. Very honest and trustworthy which people tend to look for in mechanics. They actually try to save you money by doing what’s needed/no up selling and giving you realistic feedback on the issues and likelihood of a recurring issue. I would recommend them to anyone in need of mechanic services.

I've had my share of car accidents and gone to many different shops. Hayes is the most friendly, reliable, efficient and convenient auto shop I've encountered. They really take pride in their work and the Service Manager, J.N., is top-notch.

Had a thermostat replaced. He put a bad part in and charged hundreds of dollars to “fix” it and reset the code. Had to take it elsewhere to get done properly.

This shop is great and very friendly and care about you and your vehicle. Just had my sons car serviced and Brian kept in contact with me to explain what was wrong with the car and what was major and what wasn't.Great price reliable service will definitely recommend this shop...
