A lil pricey but u get what you pay for. Excellent work. They pay close attention to their patrons. By the time you get inside your items are waiting fir you. They don't forget a name or face! Services are always tendered expeditiously when it's to fry clean or tailor

I loved the service !!! I'm very impressed with the quality and how quick they did it ? The staff member and the owner was polite and knowledgeable (he showed me the blanket has a dry cleaners stamp) .I brought them a reversible blanket (other side is jet black)made in 2002 littered with makeup stains, marker stains and they were quickly able to get it all out.I will be coming back ?❤? superior service

The seamstess was rude and didn't want to help or suggest alternative way to help with fixing my daughters dress. We used them in the past for dress alterations and dry cleaning. Never going back, again . Poor customer service.Service: Alterations

There is a new tailor on staff. My suits wereimproperly altered. In addition the order was not ready when promised. I returned to thecleaners several times to correct the problem, thetailor was not in and the owner was less than willingto assist me. I am a customer for over a decadehowever the new owner is less than equippedto run this business. Save yourself some frustration and go to Rockville Cleaners a block away.Service: Alterations

First time customer. Told AFTER the ticket that "no cards boss. But I'm the owner's son, so you can Venmo me". So right off the bat I'm thinking "tax fraud". Cash only? Go to pick up my order and shirts not boxed like I asked (3.times). No apology. Right on the ticket: New Customer.I am thinking they don't want my business.

Used them for over 20 years. Since the son has taken over quality has droppedHad 4 Ralph Lauren shirts ripped in same spot in the last 2 months . Was told it was a manufactures issue and not one of there machines . I’m not going back after using them twice a week for ever . The attitude was I’m not worried about one customer .

I had some issues in the past with clothes getting ruined but I didn’t make a deal of it . Now they lost 3 of my husbands shirts and are refusing to investigate to find them. Don’t use Star Cleaners if you care about your clothes

If you are looking for a professional touch to your dry cleaning this is the place. This is a family owned and operated business. The owners have put blood sweat and tears into providing customers clean clothes. If you want your underwear, pants, shirts, wedding dress, or any thing else cleaned - look no further. Do yourself a favor and drop off your clothes here and make your life so much easier.

If I could give this no stars I would. The staff was horrible. I went to get a pants hemmed they were more on the expensive side but that was not the issue. I went back a week later and not only could they not find the pants for an hour when they found it of course it wasn't done. Then they wanted me to wait another week. Will definitely not go back.
