I visited this store yesterday looking for a merchandise that they didn't have, but the way I was treated makes me want to visit it again. Polina took her time to listen to me and orient me on how far I could find that type of merchandise. Her treatment, cordiality and sympathy make a small business something successful, by someone who did not limit herself to giving simple information, but tried to see other ways to serve. Excellent!! I don’t know WHAT it IS about this store that I just LOVE so much!! My daughter and I have frequented the store for as many years as my daughter has been dancing.. that’s about 20+ years now!! Capezio RVC has been able to provide us with quality dance products and EXCELLENT Customer Service!! Thanks You Paulina you’re the best!!♥️

Awesome boutique, designation store! Greatest customer experience, friendly atmosphere, great up-to-the-date product selection, knowledgeable and professional staff, personal professional custom pointe fitting. Call ahead or stop by if you are a future Ballet Star or just a beginner - adults or kids! ???♂️I’m happy to visit Capezio Rockville Center every time! Bravo???

I was in a mad rush when i came to your store today. Paulina greeted and helped me out so quickly. She was very knowledgeable and informed me of things i did not know. As we were speaking I let her know that I was a praise dancer at my church. She mentioned how they dont get many praise garments anymore and she ran to the rack and donated one of the garments to my ministry. She was so sweet. Thank you Paulina for your help.
