We got a flat tire on Route 17 and called AAA. Quincy from Rock Hill Service Center responded to the call. He jumped right in and discovered the hybrid car doesn’t have a spare but a repair kit which he knew how to use but the tire was beyond repair. He waited with us while AAA rerouted the request to a tow which Quincy was able to do. Quincy was very friendly and helpful and put us at ease. He helped make a stressful situation better!

Scheduled a tire install, 100% smooth. Absolutely will bring my car back again for service. Install labor rates are fair.

I had a minor problem driving down route 17. Pulled in, they were extremely helpful and really nice. Fixed the car, at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!!

I would be happy to give it 0 stars if possible. They charged us $224 for doing nothing, just because they told us about the reason. For what someone else paid us $300, they asked us to pay $1700.

I went for annual inspection and found out I needed 4 new tires. They were ordered and installed to my satisfaction at a fair price. Everyone was very helpful and courteous. My only suggestion is that they need more comfortable seating in their waiting area. Thank you.

I was having issues with with my car maintaining tire pressure per warnings on my dash. I called RHCS and was told to bring my car over. They checked all my tires, reset my computer, and test drove it. Amazing service! Thank you so very much for turning my day around : )

TERRIBLE WORK!!! If I could give a negative star I would: four months ago I brought my car to them for new front and back brakes and rotors, which was not cheap. Immediately afterwards my wheels began making a sound with the rotation. I brought the car back in and they checked it out, said it was fine, that the sound was just the new brake pads. The sound never went away and got worse. Yesterday I finally brought my car to another service station and they told me that the brakes/rotars had not been properly installed, that they had used inferior products, and that they had not properly lubricated the rotors. As a result my rear brakes and rotors were completely worn down to metal and my front brakes and rotors were not far behind because they had not been properly lubricated as well! Four months of driving and I needed to buy new brakes and rotors!!!! THIS PLACE IS A RIP-OFF!!!!! BEWARE!
