I always order from you guys, I live in England and my Sister lives in Penfield, Rochester , NY. You always deliver Super beautiful arrangements to my Sister Tina and I LOVE that your arrangements are delivered as seen with a lovely vase rather than in a box. The flowers are always fresh looking and always beautifully presented. Your website is easy to access and your communication i.e recipes of purchase are clear and easy to read. Need flowers? Need a bouquet? You simply CANNOT do better than Joy Benson at The Flower Shop in East Rochester, NY-- no way!!
I've ordered bouquets from Joy many times now, and they are always perfect, and get rave reviews from their recipients. And it's a pleasure to order from Joy Benson. She's delightful, and wants every detail of your order to be just right.

The Flower Shop always creates beautiful arrangements and their flowers LAST, too! I'm not local, but I send flowers to my parents frequently and I ONLY use The Flower Shop. Delivery is always prompt and reasonably priced. Website is easy to use and optional text communication is great. You will not be disappointed!

JOY was absolutely wonderful! We did everything over the phone working on behalf of my older brother helping him get a rose arrangement for Valentines Day for his gf. You could hear the smile in her voice along with her enthusiasm, and while asking the right questions she followed up with actively listening and provided the right details to help rest assure what we were getting. Once we decided, I added my brother in on the 3 way call so he could finish the transaction. Truly her name is a reflection of her personality and work ethic, and a great reflection of how people should be taken care of! Happy with the experience and will recommend for my friends and family in Rochester NY! JOY is awesome!
