KidTopia is an amazing place for my kids! I was skeptical to put them both into daycare so early as they are 1.5 and 2.5 but I couldn't be happier with this place, the teachers, the location, the friendliness, the inviting nature of it, and how consistent the teachers are… They let you know every step of the day and every step of the way how your kids are doing, what they are eating how they are feeling. Great place all around!

This center was an absolute nightmare to work with. Not only were my children coming home miserable and upset, my oldest was complaining constantly of being hit, bit, and hurt while there. I get it things happen with kids…but even after speaking with the director multiple times nothing was resolved. Staff was often snippy and rude. On top of that When we showed up at 9:05 once they turned us away because “the day starts at 9:00” and they “sent staff home” now in hindsight it was because their staff was non existent and that was the excuse. I highly recommend finding an in home if you can. This place is terrible.

They are very unprofessional. My daughter had multiple different teachers. They have a high turnaround for staff because they do not train or treat their staff well. They should not be open and have had multiple issues there.

My sister work there about a year now, she loves it. She wakes up every morning saying. " I wonder what today will bring" the staff are very understandable

We have only been with this daycare for about a month, but so far, so good. We are in the preschool room and the teacher there has been great. My son has been enjoying his time there and they have a great facility.

i have been working at Fallone's for a little over a year now and i have loved every minute of it! Ms. Bernice has supported me when i needed it most, and now i am in the process of earning my CDA to become a lead at the center!

I have been entertaining Fallone‘s Funtime Center for years and I can’t tell you what a pleasure it is to work with that fantastic staff and the well behaved children ..the staff Supports education and kindness to each and everyone of those children.... The staff really cares for those children like their own ...My highest recommendation

Our 14 month old son started at Fallone's a few months ago. His teacher is very compassionate and attentive! The facility is always clean and the staff is very friendly. The prices are higher than other centers in the area but I definitely think the care is worth the extra cost! We have been very happy and would 100% recommend Fallones to anyone who is looking for daycare!

Love this daycare! They really genuinely care about the kids! I get greeted every time I drop off and pick up my children! I have three children that attend this daycare , and we've been with them for years! They go above and beyond to make sure our needs are met and that we're satisfied. They plan fun special weeks and spirit days , field trips, and fun little parties for holidays . I definitely would recommend this daycare to other parents!

My daughter started a little over a month ago and we could not be more pleased. She was at a different center prior to Fallones and she was miserable, and never wanted to go. In the short amount of time at Fallones she has been so happy and learned so much. They keep her so engaged and she is constantly coming home excited to show us and tell us what she learned! Fallones is an amazing childcare program and cares so deeply about the children. I am excited to watch my kids grow here!

All of my kids are at Fallones and we couldn’t ask for a better childcare facility. We have been in the Infant, Toddler, 3’s, and pre-K rooms with positive experiences in each. The teachers and staff love the kids like they’re their own. They get to know and understand each individual little person and all of their quirks.The curriculum is phenomenal. Starting at 8 weeks the children are exposed to science, math, sensory, art, music, etc. There is a massive indoor space for soccer, basketball, scooters...you name it Fallones has it. Even the dreariest of Rochester days my kids come home happy and exhausted.What we love most is the constant communication with parents. Any concern is immediately addressed and the staff is always happy to entertain my many questions. One of our kids needs to be watched closely for medical reasons and we have never once worried about leaving her with Bernice and her amazing team. We couldn’t ask for a better facility and feel very fortunate to have this gem. Our kids love it here!
