First, I’ll start with the positive- Customer service is good, on time delivery etc. However, the quality of the dirt (maybe it was just the lot I got) was terrible. I ordered about 80 yards of dirt last year and the fill dirt had MASSIVE, I’m talking 3’x3’ in some cases chunks of concrete and asphalt. For that I wasn’t too upset, because it got the job done. However, then I ordered unscreened top soil because the description said ‘may contain rocks, sticks and roots’- cool, no problem I thought. The pile was like 60% not dirt. It contained rocks sticks and roots like they said, but also large chunks of asphalt, concrete, glass and other random stuff. We spread most of it when we got it but had a little left this spring. I asked about it and they told me it’s just how it is. So either pay the extra for screened or find better quality elsewhere! Picture attached doesn’t even scratch the surface of what we had already removed.

Great customer service! They delivered garden soil for my raised beds, were very prompt, dumped the load exactly where I asked AND I was even out of their delivery zone. No problem. My garden was fantastic this year! Thanks for your help.

Big shout out to Brandon and his team. First of all they answer the phone, which is hard to get anybody to do anymore. Delivery was as discussed, and they squeezed me in the next day when I needed more. Nice to know they are there when needed....

NOT HAPPY! So we bought top soil mix with compost and it was delivered last week. First they delivered it half on the neighbor's yard. That wasn't the worst of it. The mix was full of stones, glass, plastic, and even a huge bolder that must weigh at least 60lbs. The overall quality of the mix was substandard to say the least. It looks like they mix mulch with fill dirt.I waited a few days to calm down a bit. Called them last Thursday morning and the lady apologized and said that she would give the owner the message and for me to expect a call back. Here we are Saturday and no call. Moral of the story! DO NOT USE GREENTECH TOPSOIL!

2 stars because communication and delivery were quick, so I’ll give credit where it’s due. Originally ordered 2 tons for an 18 ft pool. Was informed that 3-4 tons was recommended, so we agreed on 3. Delivery driver dropped off only 2 tons, and they wanted an additional $120 to deliver the other ton.

Ordered 10 yards of top soil for delivery on a Saturday, was delivered exactly where I wanted it on Monday. Great clean dirt, fast service. Would recommend!
