So I went in here to make a deposit and there was one person working at a "pod" I guess it is. Very odd setup. They have "pods" instead of teller windows. There was someone giving a very loud lecture in a giant room off to the side. She said she would be with me in a minute. I just needed to deposit a couple hundred bucks into my account. A few minutes go by, and the lone person tells me to vait a minute. A few more minutes go by, and she tells me again to vait a minute. What kind of bank is this? I'll try again soon. I just need to deposit some cash into my account here but they don't seem to be that interested in providing this service. I guess if you want a lecture about investing this is your bank.

Single handedly the worst and most confusing app / web site I have dealt with. It is as though it is as twisted as possible to set up any reoccurring events. Necessitating you to call for every transfer.

Ona and John really helped me alot. I was considering changing banks and they were knowledgeable and ready to help me understand what their bank can offer.Ona and John both took the time I needed to explaining and answering all my questions not rushing me off the phone or trying to sell their bank to me. They have recently revamped their website to make it easier to use which is good to know because that is one of the reasons i am switching banks. Also they have awesome perks, $150 gift for a new account, no overdrafts, no minimum balance, free atms wegmans, walgreens etc, free money orders, and no monthly fee. Which is another reason I am switching banks. My old bank is charging me $25/mo now and they do not have any perks for all that.So far 5 star has vote! I'm so impressed!

I was trying to pay for my car being detailed today. She ran my card twice, not working. I called the Warsaw branch and spoke with Tierra, who told me my card was breached and put on hold. I advised her that I needed my card as I was taking my daughter wedding dress shopping in the morning. She arranged for me to go to the nearest site that could give me a card right away. I went to the Brighton office on Monroe avenue, and David was very accommodating and professional in reassuring me my account was safe. He was so understanding and empathetic with me in my situation and I was so amazed at his exceptional customer service. David and Tierra saved a very special moment for me and my daughter. This is why I have banked with them for 25 years !!!!
