So I've tried going in this Dollar General the other day I've been in the store many times and customer service was okay. However I tried going in there the other day the front door was locked it is 11:00 in the morning at the time and me and four or five other people are standing outside I finally knock on the door lady comes to the door and says we're closed I said okay for how long and she looked at me like I was talking to foreign language then when I asked all day she shook her head yeah and rolled her eyes at me. As I was taking a picture to show there was no sign on the door the lady stood inside of the place as I was getting inside my car and gave me the middle finger horrible customer service horrible I said you should have so much as a note on the door so people do know this. The condition of the outside of the store was absolutely disgusting. I have never seen a Dollar General look as nasty as the store has on the outside matter of fact I've never seen a store this bad these are the photos that I took that day of the condition of the parking lot now if the store is closed because you don't have workers and you locked your doors you could be outside picking up this disgusting mess that store will close soon and I will not be sad to see it go the lady that gave me the finger you can kind of see her face in the door

Staff at the store are mostly great, but they are heavily understaffed. It looks like a post apocalyptic wasteland in the parking lot, with garbage literally everywhere, bins and dumpsters overflowing, restocking trolleys rolling about, arc. And inside of the store is not much better off. Clearly ownership needs to put some money into cleaning the store and maintaining the parking lot.

This really store really needs to be close I almost broke my ankle. the store floor is broken sealing looks like is falling too. I dripp because the rocks that is coming off the floor,like that store is falling apart. Is a mess u can't even see wath is on shelf.i went today Friday July 8 and I don't think I be going there anymore shut almost broke my ankle cause your store floor is falling apart . The health department needs to see that ..

i asked the manager is i could leave my truck in the parkinglot for the night because i live next door and im moving out of the apartment she said iy was ok as long as i was out by 10 am i wake up at 4 am to go to the bathroom amd she towed my truck anyway consitat;y unpofessional and the most outwordly rude person ive ever met she sould have never gotten into retail
