Employee try to accuse me of stealing because I had my back pack underneath my jacket and they couldn't tell what it was so he made me take off my jacket to show him costumer service is bad and store is unorganized and messy

First off I wanna say that I've been shopping at this particular family dollar for many years before a new employee there felt the need to publicly call me a b**** in front of every customer because my face mask fell outside before I can in the store so I thought if I covered my mouth and face with my coat I'll be okay at least till next time..... I was so wrong the employee named Buddha located at 265 upperfalls Blvd Rochester ny said I treat all my customers like this I don't care I don't give a f*** I don't care about this job I have a house a mortgage I don't need this job....... just very rude unethical and used every curse word I. The book and had the nerve to say I'm on the phone with my manager she don't care. So from this day forward I will stand my ground as a women to never allow a man to mistreat a women and let alone a customer all because my face mask fell he said that don't got nothing to do with me because h well I'm not serving you just a horrible experience in my life of living he will not serve another women again if he looks at women he don't even know as bitches and freely saying it as if corporate won't do a damn thing. I'm not the type to get out of character but this piece of s*** of a boy definitely got me there and if nothing happens to his position it goes to show how family dollar isn't really about there customers at all sad but true I can go on and on but that employee will have to take that up with god. And the whole time both of my daughters were in the car while waiting on mommy while she's being mistreated by a man I don't even know.
