First time customer. Ordered online in the morning for same day delivery. Flowers were received before 4pm. Quality was excellent and the arrangement looked just as pictured online. Recipient said delivery person was very nice too 5 Stars! Great Job!

I’ve debated whether to write a review but after having 3 bad experiences, I decided it needed to be done. All 3 came from the person ordering from 1-800- Flowers and this is the shop that delivered them. The first time was a dozen brown wilted white roses. My husband was furious! The last straw was the flowers I received for bereavement. They don’t look anything like the picture. My friend wasn’t happy. I received flowers from Rockcastle florist that were by far superior! My only regret is that I had to give it 1 star because it deserves 1/2 star.

Flowers were not so fresh looking. Also the delivery guy smokes. I’ve seen him driving around with his bumper littered with trump stickers. ( nope ?).

My sister received wilted sympathy flowers from this shop. Her unsuspecting friend lives out of town and wasted their hard earned money for wilted half dead flowers, very disgraceful. I have seen your responses and you have more excuses than you have good business skills. Try harder, take ownership and responsibility.

Ordering online was fast and easy! The store was out of the flower I had requested for a corsage, so I received a call to make sure I was happy with a substitution. The corsage was delivered in time for the prom and it was beautiful!

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE at this shop.
Very Very Disappointed. I received a gift basket on 4/11/24. A friend purchased this gift for my family because my father passed away. The person who purchased this basket is from out of state. The basket was filled with fruit, crackers, cookies, cheese, pretzals, honey mustard dipping sauce, smoked meat, chocolates. It was probably $80 to $110 spent. The pears were over ripen and dented up, the honey mustard looked molded after opening it, the cheese was out dated in 2023 along with the smoked meat, chocolates and the pretzals ,crackers were best by Jan 11th 2024. Practically 1/2 of the basket was out dated. I had to toss out the outdated food. I never told the friend because I did not want them to be embarrassed and upset. There is no excuse for not checking what was outdated food before sending it out. Cant believe that I had to write this review during this time of grievance. But its not right to screw people over. If there was a Zero Star rating , that's what I would have given them. I wouldn't believe the reviews on their site.

The person to whom I sent the flowers said they were the most beautiful flowers she had ever seen! And two people from Expressions called to make sure they brought them in. Will definitely order from them again!
