This store is never open due to staffing issues. Every time I pull into the parking lot, they have a sign saying they closed early due to staffing issues. Pay your employees more money and run a business.

Kind of sick of this store. The staff decides when they're open, not the posted hours. Now, the self-checkout uses a different menu system to trick customers into "donating" to their "charity". Can this stop? When I told the kid I didn't want to donate and asked him to remove it, he said he'd have to "call his general manager" then stood there with zero intent in doing so. It's not the money. It's the principle of the fact. I'm not going to sit and wait for a manager to refund change. But I don't want to feel robbed when I shop. I spends hundreds here every month. Not anymore.

I been going to this store for over 2 years. been coming with my puppy German since Jan of 2023. everyone in the store including another manager has been great they have told me she is welcomed anytime she is Friendly and a trained puppy. there has been this one lady I seemed her a couple times older hag looking skinny. she is always grumpy has an atitude and i have heard speak to others very rudely and her sounding annoyed when I have came in. she even served me once at the register. customer service very poor. so I came in 6/24/2023 between times around 10:00am with my dog and as soon as I came in this new rep looked like he saw a ghost and ran to the lady and the lady screamed at me saying " THAT DOG CANNOT COME IN HERE" !!! She screamed at me, she was very rude about the whole thing, she didn't give any type of customer service or policy saying nothing she just was bluntly rude and disrespectrum. I told her everyone else has seen me come in and had no problem and have even pet my dog , and all she said was " I NEVER SEEN YOU BEFORE OR THAT DOG" again she is being rude and totally disrespectful. I was shocked and appalled by her behavior towards me. As a customer. I worked in customer service for over 20 years. I'm a Neigbor to the area. I honestly feel she racially attacked me and was very very very disrespectful. her name was " TRISTA OR TRISHA " she is a caucasian skinny older women. never in my life have I been attacked that way with words. Seeing iam a consistent buyer there. And my dog is trained and has her papers and is a service dog!!! I want answers to why?!
