“Love, Love, Love this Big Lot's Location. I spent an hour in this store recently taking pictures of some of the inventory that i wanted to buy. The staff didn't care asked me if i needed help with anything. Just looking around. I did buy a soda and lemonade on my way out the door. Need to get back there and purchase a few things to add to my baby yoda collection before they no longer have them in stock.”

“If you have or a close friend has a Costco membership this is a top tear place to go. Less expensive gas and the only cost is at some times having to wait a while in a line of some of the most greedy people ever that will most definitely honk at you if they think you could go faster. And once tour done you have to have it in your heart to not go in and buy $40 worth of goldfish that will last you the next 7 months.”

Each visit reveals something new and interesting, which is a big part of the appeal. The staff members we interact with are always friendly and welcoming, adding a personal touch to our shopping experience. However, it's worth noting that the place is perpetually bustling with activity, often resulting in long lineups. Despite the crowds, the variety and the warmth of the staff make the trip worthwhile.”

“Clean,basic and helpful employees. No Feel of being watched like other stores with beeping gates. The Red of their theme brightens the experience compared to basic concrete floors and skinny islands. I wish the well at this location for years to come. Only minus Is the CVS PHARMACY. CVS pharmacist and clerks are hands down the worst. But compared to other CVS store I will judge the PHARMACY employees but certainly CVS on long pound and other locations has given them a bad reputation”

“Stopped in on a busy Sunday afternoon. Parking lot was packed but manageable. Picked up a few items that I was looking for, got through checkout fairly quickly and stopped to grab a chocolate sundae. I was in and out within 45 minutes. For a busy Sunday and a small shopping list, I thought I did well. Can't beat the products and the efficiency.”

“This Target location seems to have gotten a bad rap - especially by my own mother. My husband, daughter and I were in the area visiting my mother recently and stuck at the worst Holiday Inn on earth right next door, we popped in to grab some items we needed. I found this Target was just fine - a typical Target store and typical staff. I honestly have no complaints about this location at all.”

Hands on and easily to say whether or not you change your mind about purchasing a product, and the person can take it off rather than you looking for a worker to void it out . “Gabe was beyond AWESOME!Called to check if a couch was in stock,he was kind enough to reserve the item for me.Upon arriving to the store,he immediately greeted me and proceeded to discuss new furniture items with me answering any questions I may have.He explained the warranty with me in detail which was very helpful.He cashed me out at the register & brought the (heavy)item out to the door for loading.Overall GREAT experience, would definitely be returning &recommend.”

“Must wear a mask to enter, Sanitizer is provided and Keeping your distance is a must. Always enjoy a run at our local Target! Staff are always friendly and go above and beyond with what I call good customer service. Here you can find just about anything your looking for whether it's hold-hold items, groceries, toys, baby supplies, pet items, you get the hint. “It's a food court so don't expect fancy food or atmosphere. There are only a few choices but they're extremely inexpensive. Pizza is doughy (not thin crust) and pretty good and a large is only around $10. The chicken bake good but it used to be much better, now the bread is dense, not as soft as it used to be. The churros are not my favorite. Decent size, pretty good hotdogs. The berry sundae is yummy, nice big chunks of strawberry in the sauce. Prices are unbeatable.”

“This is a pretty decent target. The staff really sets it apart, they're generally pretty helpful and will actually walk you to the item you are looking for. The store is usually pretty decently stocked and everything on the shelves is organized unlike some stores that look like a hurricane went through. Pretty pleasant place to shop.”
“Mike was professional and very pleasant.He was asking for what kind of car that I had, which was a Camry and needed the color also. He asked if it was a SE Camry which was exactly what I had. I would recommend anyone to this Walmart in Gates and Mike who was in charge the automotive depart. All around a great experience!”

“Went looking for a winter coat for my plus sized son. Larger sizes are hard to find, especially at a good value. He found one he liked, yay. An employee greeted us at the door and was very helpful in directing us to the right section. I did not find the store disorganized when I went, and the staff I spoke with were pleasant. Will return.”
“I decided to become a member last winter. The process was flawless and I got credit back, so basically my membership was Free! I used in buying some clothing since I was starting a new job(that is the excuse to buy clothes). Found some nice pants and tops like merino wool sweaters, etc. I also bought some food, beauty products. The only problem for me is to buy bulk. I need to be careful. Seltzer water is fine to buy bulk, I recently saw that they have can returns.”
“Walmart's are Walmart's. However, this one is in above average shape for the Rochester area. Walmart focuses on value, and it is difficult to maintain value and great service. This location does a reasonable job. This is the only Walmart anywhere near me that has a gas station. There was another one that was much closer to me that was sold and turned into a bank. Having a gas station adds to the value for Walmart+ subscribers.”

“I was lucky enough to wander in one day in 1995 as I was waiting on a friend who had an appointment across the street.I loved the unique inventory and decor. At that time, It was the only shop I had seen that reminded me of my mother’s business, The Apple tree. I have been back every year since for Christmas gifts and more.This year I was helped by Nicole and my experience was a 10/10 like all the years prior. I brought my 13 year old daughter again this year and she loved picking out gifts for her mother. The overall shopping experience is still one of my favorites. My trip exceeded my expectations when I was told they weren’t out of calendars yet! Thanks again for 28 years of great experiences and thanks Nicole for your friendly patient demeanor during the busy season. ??”
