I regret working here. Horrible ownership that focuses on Bills merch and fake jerseys. The company went downhill and when the original owner passed away, next ownership let the ship sink. He doesn't have the vision the previous owner had. I prefer fanatics or going to Cooperstown Connection in Syracuse at the Destiny mall.

Excellent customer service. The employee was very knowledgeable and he helped me pick out great gifts for family and friends. I would definitely recommend this store!

Guy was busy in his phone and I had to repeat every question twice or sometimes three times and it would take him a long time to give me a response and everything was overpriced and most things were of cheap quality. I do not recommend.

I was looking for some rams gear for the super bowl. They did not have the particular jersey that I wanted and said that they could not order it. I asked if I could try on a different one and he said "no because you are going to order online from a competitor." So instead of having a good customer service experience and helping me out (which would have brought me back and have me recommended this store to others), he refused to help because I would have ordered an item that they don't have/can't order (meaning of course I'd have to get it somewhere else). There are many other sports memorabilia stores in Rochester. I won't be returning shopping at any collectors paradise stores.
