About a year ago I bought a 2019 Ford F 150 pickup. A nice truck and I did get the full warranty. I was at the park doing some photo work and I had to get some equipment from the box. But, my tailgate latch was jammed. I thought it needed a bit of lubricant, or HD 40. Living right down the street from B and B I decided to stop and ask them for a bit of help, advice versus going all the way out to Van Bortel. I went in and asked the attendant for a bit of help and he immediately got some lubricant and came out. We managed to get the tailgate open but there was still a problem. I asked him if I owed him anything he said no! I was impressed. This was old fashion service. B and B automotive has been around a long time, they know the car business.I would highly recommend them. I ended up taking my truck to Van Bortel for repairs, glad I got the warranty.
