I just love Trailer City,,,,the Manager of this place takes care of his customers,,,,ordered parts for me and had them next day,and just yesterday I had an emergency repair needed before a big trip and he had his technician repair my trailer in the parking lot in 20 minutes,,,and very honest about the repair,, they fixed what was broken without selling me unneeded parts,,,VERY HONEST PEOPLE, I will be a customer as thay are a great bunch of people,,,,,thanks guys,,,,see you soon as I am sure I will break something again on the next trip

very bad customer service, I could tell the change just when he saw me that I was Latino, very kind to his race, a change of 100% with Hispanic customers. I'm not coming back here anymore.

Terrible service. Wanted a two inch ball hitch on my car. Called on a Monday. They said to bring the car in before 5 on Tuesday. On Tuesday we made an appointment to get the hitch installed one week later. The day before the appointment I called to make sure they'd be ready. They apologized and said I'd have to wait until Thursday. The day before the new appointment I called to make sure they'd be ready. They apologized and said they did not know when they could be ready. I would never come back here ever again even if they offered to do this for free. I just cannot trust them

I went to this place many years ago when they first open and bought a cap for my pick up truck from the owner, that's pretty much all there good for is items they have in stock, the crew has no experience or professionalism so I wouldn't waste my time or money there anymore, don't bother calling there's no one that will pick up the phone and they don't know how to clear out there mailbox, a buddy of mine brought his RV there to get the heater fixed and it was there for six months, it didn't get fixed and they charged him for yard space

I went to this place from a referral from a local business, I will say that in the beginning I made a mistake on vehicle information over the phone, so when the second mistake was made after him having the vehicle, I found it insulting that he continued to blame the me customer. Being stuck between a rock and a hard place because I needed the part to pick up the trailer. The laziest worker I have ever seen in the front told me several times that he ordered the part, only to find out he never did and left me stranded. In conversation I found that he was not happy that I did not buy the trailer from him. Luckily I found WES trailer in Wading River, so much more professional and impactable service! Trailer City, you should close your doors down because service like you give, I cannot see anyone ever going there! Stay away from this place!!!

These guys are arrogant and rude. I have spent a lot of money there and never had a problem until today. I always feel uneasy in there, like unwanted. Overall, the guys that work in there are just knuckleheads. They put together two trailer hitches for me and the washer was under the ball on one of them. I mean really? Trailer City eh? I had to point it out to them. Then I was asking simple questions about brake boxes and a U Hail Trailer. Figuring these clowns are trailer experts. The old guy told me to let the young guy eat his lunch, which he was smacking in my face the whole time. Gross. NYS allows an hour lunch break with a minimum of 30 minutes out of office to stuff your face. Don't do it at the counter in front of customers. It's just gross. If his boss won't let him, he's violating labor law. Given the poor management, I wouldn't be surprised. Save yourself the time and hassle and go somewhere else. These guys are just not nice.

AWFUL customer service! Went in there for some paperwork after we bought a trailer. There were 2 men behind the counter. Both of them looked up at me, went back to what they were doing. Waited a few and they finally said "yes" I said I'm here to pick up paperwork on a trailer we just purchased. One man just shook his head and waved his finger at me and said you are going to have to give me 5 minutes. He was very annoyed. I went back and waited in my car for a few minutes. When I went back inside another customer came in and both of them said hello to him and asked "can we help you" These 2 men were so rude to me!!!!!! I would NEVER spend another penny in that place!!!!!! I wish I could return the trailer I bought!!! I would never recommend anyone going there!
