Wedding band had to be sized however do to cracks I was told it wouldn’t be possible. However when I arrived at store to pick up my ring my disappointment turned to extreme pleasure when Al told me he did it!!! It cracked 3 times and each time had to be fixed!!! An example of going BEYOND to satisfy a customer!! In addition to great work, the place is staffed with great people!!!

I purchased a watch there, that stopped running in one year, brought it in and inquired, why? Answer: It needs a new battery. I paid $15 cash (big mistake!) for a new battery. He reset the time. within a day it lost time. I brought the watch in (again!). Answer: The watch battery is good, but is defective, parts stopped working. They even knew that watch purchased there, still refused to refund the $15. Watch is now garbage, A Lose-Lose situation. For $15 Jewelry Clinc lost a local customer including my family, and likely neighbors, too. Don't ever buy from the Jewelry Clinic - the WORST!

I got my necklace fixed from here less than a month ago and it broke in the same spot they fixed. Upset about that but the people there where nice and price was great for the fix. Probably gonna go again ?♂️

Excellence all around, from the skill level, to the professionalism, to the turn around time. And beyond that, they’re all such warm and kind people. So far, they’ve reset my engagement ring, resized two other rings and repaired a pair of crystal earrings. I trust them 100%.

Every time I visit The Jewelry Clinic i am greeted with a smile and hello. Al, Linda and the crew are incredibly knowledgeable and are truly masters of their craft. I have had multiple pieces repaired and even custom jewelry made for family occasions and I have always been blown away! Before you get rid of your old or broken Jewelry stop and see Al and the crew, you won’t be disappointed. Sorry other jewelry stores but this one has my business for life!
