Saps auto is without a doubt the best auto body shop on the east end! Dave and his staff are fast and know everything there is to know about any automobile that is brought to them for help. Dave is honest and tells you up front what it’s going to take to fix your problems. He’s a local homegrown guy and cares about his clients. My fleet wouldn’t be running if it wasn’t for Dave and Saps auto. Definitely 5 stars!!!

I have had multiple decades worth of awful experiences with this shop. The last time was due to a car accident and the police had my car towed to SAP's. The owner, Dave, was so incredibly rude and condescending. He would not want for our Geico Ins adjuster to arrive to access out claim. Instead he had my Toyota Sienna towed to the junk yard and would not answer my calls regarding why my car was not and his shop or tell me where it was!! This guy is a real piece of work and probably the most male chavonist jerk I have EVER encountered! There are far better options for auto shops on the East End. Do yourself a favor and find them!!!

We were in town for a wedding and three hours from home when we found out on a Friday that we needed an alternator for our 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Dave told us to drop the car off in the morning and it would be done by the end of the day. He and his team were able to fit us into his busy schedule and the work was completed in the afternoon. If not for his help, we probably would have had to stay longer at a greater expense. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Highly recommend SAP Enterprises.Service: Electrical repair

SAP auto came highly recommended to do electrical auto repairs on my 1968 Ford bronco. I brought my truck in for a lot of electrical problems that It was having, Dave was able to determine and fix the problem fast and quickly, I left off that I’m gonna bring my truck back to have a completely rewired with a new harness. I’m so glad to find a shop like this, they don’t exist anymore and very honest.Service: Electrical repair

SAP saved the day! I was in Riverhead for vacation when my car didn't start. Within 30 minutes my car was starting again and within an hour I had a new battery and information about why my car didn't start so I could get the larger issue fixed by my mechanic back in Westbury. Cannot recommend this business enough!
