Honest, timely and efficient service. Excellent staff. Immaculate facility. No hard upsell (which I hate). Dealer service is always a little more expensive but I always get what I pay for. Been bringing Subarus here for years.

Extremely bad experience purchasing a Subaru from this dealership. They never registered the vehicle, and never followed up with the title company despite me sending numerous emails and making numerous calls to the dealership asking for status updates. Ultimately I called the title company myself and discovered that the dealership had not sent the necessary paperwork and no documentation was ever sent to the DMV. So now I have an unregistered un-titled brand new car that I can’t drive sitting in my driveway. It has been a month.
The dealership knew we were on a very tight timeline and need to leave the country in July and the salesman made numerous assurances that the registration process would be speedy. Now they are claiming to have never made these assurances and stating that titling a vehicle can take up to two months. This is basically fraud as I never would have purchased this vehicle had they told me I might not have the title by the time I left the country, a question I specifically asked them several times. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP.

Ethan Koffler sold us a 2021 Subaru Crosstrek Sport, a suitable car for a family with dogs and grandchildren on the way. He communicated with us throughout the certification process and was honest about the car we were trading in as well as the car we were purchasing.
