Did not receive everything thing I paid for in a grooming package. They quoted me $51. And in the end I wound up paying $100. She didn’t get a hair cut only a trim on ears and tail. And no shampoo.

This Vetco total care location has horrible compassion when you call and say you need to bring your dog in when its time to be euthanized. Your told no openings available and sorry we're closed tomorrow... Had to call 2 other locations before finding one that could accommodate us. I wasn't happy that I was charged more at the other location and I didn't see on the invoice a clay pawprint keepsake. Overall Petco Vetco Total Care made this emotional day worse.. But not to be completely negative, I will say thank you to the location that did fit us in and they were compassionate during the final moment..

I am a disabled Vietnam Veteran with a Service Dog and a non service dog. VETCO in RIVERHEAD stopped my 5% discount abruptly with no explanation. The other Vets I contacted give either a 10% or 20% discount.

Petco is Petco, that's where the pets go. This is the only place that happens to sell my dog's food. Expensive but worth it to watch your dog eat her food and enjoy it. Science diet is the best ?

I am on automatic delivery from Petco and they are the best. The food is always fresh. My hair is always very fresh and crunchy and green. I have eight rescues a couple of times they sent me the wrong product. Well let me tell you they said keep it send it as a donation and we will replace your product. No problem and it was there the following day or the day after that they are amazing and God bless them.

The reason I am very dissatisfied is that how is it that they have a sign that says that if you buy 5 they give you a 50% discount and I bought 6 and the guy they have as the manager of the store in Riverheard. He doesn't even know about the crankcase information they have there! And then he tells me that the fish have to be the same to be able to give the discount where that is not specified on the sign! And they charged me for the fish at regular price because she felt like putting it like that ????? that was yesterday, 2/22/2024, I was very angry with that purchase, I have the photo of the sign, I'm not lying! And also the same type of fish is the same and the same size, not that they have a different price ???♀️but just because they are in different tanks there is no difference in size at all! My God, where are we going to be scammed ??♀️when I send them the photo of the sign I brought the fish because I wanted them!

Customer service is always amazing!! The cashiers are the nicest people!! Riverhead is always amazing!! Just so understanding about how much u love ur pets!! I've never been disappointed at that store. It makes me want to make the extra trip!
