30,000 mile service included discussion of approaching end of lease on my CX30 which led to look at potential replacement and agreement on new lease -- my fourth with Eagle Mazda. Will pick up new car on Saturday. A Happy Eagle Mazda fan!

I wish zero stars was an option. At 11:30 on a Thursday morning I went to Eagle Mazda to buy a CX-30.. I asked the woman at the door for a Mazda salesperson (it is also a Kia dealership). She told me that someone would be coming in in 1/2 hour. I told her that I would not wait half an hour since I could be at Mazda 112 by then. She asked, “what is Mazda 112.” What an idiot. I started to walk out & she said that she would talk to the manager. I told her never mind.As I left, I saw her walk over to a guy in a cubicle who was doing nothing.In this dealership, they have no salesmen plus the manager does not consider himself a salesperson. What stupidity! I know they charge more for the same cars. So bring to,d that there is ho one to sell me a car is really the kiss of death.Don’t go here. They do not want your business.

We have been with Eagle Mazda of Riverhead for about 7-8 vehicles. Always a pleasant, non-stressful experience ending in the acquisition of a new vehicle. I was told the wait for my oil change would be one hour to an hour a fifteen minutes. I had to wait over two hours.I informed the service writer I did *not* want the complimentary car wash as invariably those washes bring with them micro scratches. They washed my car anyway.

Service, friendliness and attention to my cars’ needs was superb. Waiting for my car in their waiting room was great and their complimentary car wash was an added plus. I highly recommend Eagle Mazda.

Wonderful experience! Cherise was knowledgeable and kind. She met our needs instantly! The finance guy was wonderful too! He went above and beyond and was very helpful! (nobody ever likes the finance guy) II would highly recommend stopping in when you’re in the market for a car!! Browsed in the morning took my new car home that evening! Awesome!!

I came in with my 2014 Mazda CX-5 right after hitting 100k miles. I was experiencing some electric / transmission issues, and they were quickly diagnosed and addressed. They also performed some necessary break repairs, as well as mileage related maintenance. It was an expensive visit, but they restored the car to incredible condition and set up for another 100k miles. 12 month parts and labor warranty gives added peace of mind.Fernando provided exceptional customer service throughout the process. He really went above and beyond to communicate with me and make sure that I understood all the issues and was comfortable with their solutions.Highly recommend Fernando and the team at Eagle.

Working with Steven Santagata from Eagle Mazda Riverhead was an amazing experience. He worked really hard to get me the best deal out of the multitude of various Mazda dealerships I visited and contacted around the Tri-state area and he was able to beat all other offers with minimal haggling. Once I actually came down to Eagle Mazda to pickup my new Mazda, Steven S. was extremely patient, attentive and professional. He took his time to make feel valued and comfortable and spent time with me to acquaint me with my car and to set up Android Auto and set all other key features that I needed to get myself started. In the near future my wife will need a car to start commuting and I will definitely make the long trek through NY traffic 70 miles east to Riverhead to Eagle Mazda and Steven Santagata as my sales representative to get my wife a brand new Mazda as well. Thank you Steve and Eagle Mazda!!!! It was an effortless experience.
