My husband and I happened on this store in Rhinebeck. The store was amazing! The clothing was beautiful, varied and plentiful. Scott- the Proprietor was funny knowledgable and really helpful.We walked out with a gorgeous Fedora and gloves. I am already making plans to call and shop by phone.

While I was dining next door with my 2 small boys, ages 2 and 4, the owner of this establishment came outside to scold my boys completely unnecessarily for touching a plant that apparently belonged to him. I turned around for about 10 seconds to sign the bill as we were leaving and my sons were looking at the plants surrounding us. They did absolutely no damage whatsoever. It is beyond me why someone would go so out of their way to be so hostile and mean to a mother alone with her young children who did absolutely nothing wrong. If this is the kind of person you would like to support, who treats the community in this way, then shop at this establishment. I will not be doing so ever.

Did a last minute run-through for an outfit with my partner before jumping on a plane for a European work trip. It took ~15 minutes (including try-on), and he looked great. He was getting compliments all week.Also, they were so kind to our kids and weird little rescue dog.This was faster and better than shopping online. Why do we do that when Changes is right there (next to Oblong bookstore and All That Java)?

Every item in this store is fashion forward, trendy and classy. Scott helped me pick a few outfits and their prices are fair. Great brands all with a great story and history behind it. Anytime I’m in Rhinebeck I come to this store

Ever since I moved to upstate New York from Texas four years ago, 'Changes for Men' has been my favorite store for casual and dressier clothing to wear to school. They have a great selection of in season button down shirts, pants, sport jackets and coats. They also have a selection of accessories that match very well. If I had to describe the style of clothes it would be, urban and understated but very high quality and notable makers. My favorite brands that they carry are Scotch and Soda, Boss, and Rag and Bone, for shirts; mainly because I am taller and slim so it has been wonderful to be able to find clothes (especially shirts) in my size here. Having come into the store several times over the past few years it has been very nice to see Scott pretty much every time. He is extremely helpful and friendly when shopping, he will even help finds styles/patterns that look good or match your tastes. I love that I'll be trying on clothes and when I come out he has more for me to try, very excellent service. He is also very knowledgable on the fit and finish of different makers and can steer you towards brands that may work better for you. They're certainly doing something right, and if you're a fashion savvy individual you will appreciate their selection.
