“I spent 40 hours doing a deep dive into CVD prices and had a set of earrings picked out online from a seemingly reputable website and even spoke to a live human with an American accent on the phone but something just didn't feel right so I put the online sale on hold and walked into Romanation just to see how comparable the prices were. Online price was $1,150 for the earrings I wanted and Romanation had the same size same cut same metal for $150 more. That's a no-brainer. I would gladly pay a couple hundred dollars more to a IRL jeweler to know my diamonds are real and to have somewhere to go if I have a problem.”

I stopped into this very unassuming jewelry store and spoke with a very welcoming, kind, and energetic owner, Rafi. He was patient and took the time in getting to know who I am as well as educate me in all of my options. My wife inherited diamonds from her grandmother that I wanted to incorporate into her engagement ring. Rafi was able to blueprint a beautiful unique one-of-a-kind design that included her grandmothers diamonds with a single flawless diamond I was able to choose as the centerpiece.The entire process was fast and efficient, and he informed me of each step along the way. We had great conversation and became friends during what could be considered a stressful process. And if you’re lucky enough, he may even sing you a beautiful tune before you leave. You can go to a large, cold and unwelcoming jeweler to be just another face or you can go to top custom jewelers and feel like you’re the only person that matters. Highly recommend. Thank you, Rafi!”

“Nothing exceptional, in terms of the variety of Swarovski products available at the store. Staff are helpful, but are different on every visit (or so it seems) - so that can be a challenge if you're going to ask questions (if staff are always new, how much do they really know about the products, right?) Stop by if you're in the mall - those Swarovski figurines are always fun to look at...I have my eye on that Batman, but may need to trade in my car to afford it! ? Ah well, who needs a car, anyway...Upgraded my review to 4 stars for the quick response from the owner (within 24 hours) to my review. Not all owners are monitoring reviews, and even fewer respond to them. I see that this owner responds to both positive and negative reviews in a professional manner - kudos!”
“I bought this necklace from them I have sensitive skin and told them I will sue if my skin develop any infection. To test it out I wear it everyday I bath with it every night and never take it off. Had it for 5 months now and just bought earring 2 months no color change. I’m coming soon for gold grill but so fair I been treated good. Let me also be clear there are plated gold on right going toward Macy it’s cheaper.MAKE SURE TO TELL THEM YOU WANT REAL GOLD NOT PLATED hope this helps”
