At this Branch I worked with Tony Kelley.He is the utmost professional. I came into this branch looking for mortgage loans and tony truly sold me on not only Trustco bank but himself. I truly love working with tony and am happy to have referred multiple loans to him. All my connections also enjoy working with him. He is truly an asset to this company and I look forward to brining him MANY more loans for us.

Follow-up on an issue is probably one of the most important things to the customer. To make sure the customer has resolved the issue and not leave them on their own or feel like they're on their own. Customer service needs to be more attentive at this location. Not calling a customer back is unacceptable, especially for a bank manager.
