Bryan is the hands on Otis Auto Body manager. He personally answered the phone and answered questions throughly. In 2022 Otis repaired my Mustang. I was so amazed at Otis's repair and paint correction that I returned in 2023 with a Honda CRV after an unfortunate crash. Bryan and his staff are professional and they keep customers up to date with constant messages expressing the progress and time table of expected completion. He instrumentally worked with the insurance company, third party windshield replacement so all was completed during repairs.Highly recommended. Customer Service is unbeatable!Services: Painting
