“Unfortunately I banged the passenger side of my Rav 4 BUT working with Sal at Beach Auto Collision was the best decision I made. Sal made the repair process so easy. From contacting my insurance adjuster to arranging for a rental car I felt so safe in choosing Beach. My car looks like it did when I picked it up from the showroom.
A few years ago Beach Auto Collision also repaired my husband’s truck after he collided with a huge buck deer. The shop is so well run and very clean.

“Had a minor parking lot incident that required body work. Caliber Collision was recommended by my insurer (State Farm). I had never dealt with them prior and I have to say I was impressed every step of the way. Mike handled the estimate and that was all communicated to my insurance company. Once I set an appointment for repair there were daily text messages updating as to the status. The repair was completed a day in advance of the original estimate. I did not use a rental car but Caliber would have taken care of that as well. Picked up my car and to my delight the inside was all cleaned and looked like it had been detailed as well as washed. Everyone I dealt with in the Riverhead location was helpful and professional.”

“Last week I suggested to a friend to get a replacement rear seat for their car after their dog chewed through their's. I grew up around auto wrecker yards or "junk yards" as my dad owned 2 in Brooklyn and I learned most of my auto knowledge from working in and around the men who helped shape me into adulthood. Despite reaching out to other Advance Auto Parts locations and making calls, none of them demonstrated the same level of commitment to assisting me until I contacted the Riverhead location. From the moment I spoke with them on the phone, they gained my trust.Upon my arrival, Dave informed me that he had scheduled Ray to assist me in installing my battery. It was raining at the time, but they still displayed the initiative to help me, a quality that is hard to find these days. Ray promptly put on his jacket and got to work, making the entire process very smooth. “Probably the best Napa Auto parts stores around. They have a wide selection of fluids foreign and domestic. They have a good selection of special automotive tools, best selection locally. Customer service is really good. Only issue I have with Napa is the warranty records , they don't keep track of warrantied parts on their Networking System like most of the other competitors. I don't hold the warranty issue against this particular franchise, they don't run the actual company.”

“Our car battery died on Thanksgiving morning while we were driving out to visit our family. We got a jump start from a Good Samaritan, and he recommended we go to Autozone. Deon the Manager was such a blessing. He got us a battery and installed it within a few minutes, and we were on our way. So thankful that they were open on Thanksgiving and so appreciative of their willingness to help us. Thank you!!!”

“Management is professional and polite .prices are fair .got side mirror heated for just $25 .rack & pinion for $75 .fan assembly for $75 for my Ford escape 2005 on different occasions working fine till today now needs a hood which only they have for $150 ( waiting to save money ) . recommend this place”
