Recently got a car from this dealership and definitely a different experience compared to other dealerships. I felt respected and did not feel taken advantage of. It was such a great experience so much so I had to leave a positive review (which I never think to do reviews - just wanted these guys to get the credit they deserve). I have purchased 5 Subarus from dealers and this dealer was by far the best experience yet! The sales people answered all my questions even some ridiculous ones! There was never any pressure at all and the extra fees were the lowest I’ve ever paid! To top it all off I got my registration today and a check for $11 for the difference…..who does that? Thanks again Dakota..Sydney…and Ashley!

Had my wife bring her car in for an evaluation due to a noise issue. . They not only looked quickly, but fixed to the car at no cost; was not a major repair, but made me very happy that my wife could drive the car home safely. they tested it afterwards going beyond expected, I will certainly buy my next car from this dealer. These people are great!!

North Country Subaru is a fantastic place to buy a car and to have your car serviced. Every department and person I have dealt with there is outstanding. Honest and genuine. I just bought a car and the process was the quickest and easiest I have ever experienced. I immediately sent my daughter and her husband, as they needed cars, and they bought two more. Patrick is fabulous (our salesman) and Ashley (the manager) is fantastic, too. I really can’t say enough about all the people at North Country Subaru. Great job!!

The most transparent, relaxed, no pressure atmosphere I’ve ever dealt with when purchasing a vehicle. My salesman, Patrick was excellent - personable and informative. This dealership recognizes building a lifelong clientele rather than trying to make a fortune on a one-time customer. I will refer anyone considering Subaru to this establishment.
